Ordered Christmas stuff on 18th December, said it would be here no later than 24th! It’s now 26th December and still no parcel. Although I know it’s in the hands of Hermes now, the couriers, it’s still your responsibility to make sure I get my parcel as I’ve paid for it. Now my son got barely anything for Xmas. In £100 down, disappointing doesn’t even cover it.

I played £7 for next day delivery and didn't receive next day so was too late to give birthday present. I emailed the customer service dept for them to refund my postage fee as this was despatched late but haven't heard anything back. Disappointed for first timebuyinv online with USC as not ally buy in store.

Paid £6.99 for next day delivery and took 3 days to arrive. All attempts at communication (customer services, email, Facebook) completely ignored.. so obviously no refund offered.

I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger top as part of my daughters Christmas present on Monday 17th December. It said on your website it would be delivered before Christmas. Well it hasn’t!!!!!!! Absolutely so disappointed ☹️. I only ordered it because I would get it before Christmas!!!!! A very disappointed customer

Absolutely abysmal store with quite possibly the worst customer service I've experienced. Well I say experienced but that's stretching it quite a bit. Trying to get a simple answer to a simple question is seemingly impossible. Ask this after ordering a top for a gift in size medium, which arrives with the stitched in label stating XS and the attached label saying medium. Definitely will not use again and in no circumstances would I recommend. Hopefully other potential customers will read this before spending money with this outfit.

Terrible! Ordered clothes on the 15/12/18 and it’s now Christmas Day and still no delivery. Said 3-5 working days and tracking said it was in my local Antrim depot on the 21st loaded onto a van ready for delivery. Terrible service and due to poor delivery I’ve £260 of presents not delivered in time for Christmas. Will not use again after this. Still have no received the order.

Postage is high!! Other leading companies dont charge for sending and returning items. This has put me off using USC

If I could give you a 0 I would, psied next day delivery last Monday and still no items been received I now have a boyfriend with no Christmas gifts because of USC and have shopped with you for years! Customers services also need to find some manners and know how to deal with complaints. Absolutely disgusted with the Company and very upset.

Turned up in a sports and soccer bag, as I wasn’t expecting sports and soccer my husband opened the parcel and found his Christmas presents. terrible!! And now iv opened a pair to find the electric tag still on one pair not happy at all

Delivery was quick and easy, with collection from sports direct but the jeans were awful and the button had come off. I think it is absolutely disgusting that they will give you a credit for sports direct when you return the items in store but won't give you a refund. I can half understand when the items aren't suitable but to have the same rule for faulty goods is really really bad customer service. You are sticking to the law in offering a refund if you post back to the warehouse but you are making it as difficult as possible for your customers to get the refund which is very poor customer service. I certainly won't be buying anything else online

Was not happy when it came to returning items as the store only offers a credit note and you pay for postage to send back when you have already paid postage to receive the items. It does not cost USC £5 for shipment as they get discounted rate via hermes. The whole thing costing too much even if your not keeping the items.

I was sent someone else’s order! The item I had ordered was then out of stock which left me 3 days before Xmas running around trying to find another pair of boots! Not great!!
