I mainly shop online at all the major online store like Asos, zalando and most the other sites. I was a level 4 A-Lister on Asos loyalty scheme when it was on. Through out all of this shopping I never recieved an order late when I selected and paid for the next day delivery option. This is the first and probably the last time I will be shopping on USC. Its been 30 hours since I placed my order and am yet to recieve my order. I tried to get hold of someone from their team to resolve the issue but all I got was an email to say they have just dispatched my order. Appalling considering ts been 30 hours since I paid for next day delivery. They have no online chat or contact number to get in touch with their customer service team. This is probably because they don't even have one. Yet to get thru to anyone for a resolution.

Apalling customer service, ck boxers arrived 1 pair of which was stained and looked like semen! 😱 contacted customer services and was offered a partial refund of £6.50 when I asked for a new pack of 3 to be sent immediately, was then offered £10! Good job they weren’t a xmas present! #avoidusc

Shopped on line. My parcel Was passed about with your couriers. Then sent back to yourself. And was refunded my money which I never asked. For I wanted the item for a Xmas gift. So won’t be shopping with USC ever again

Unfortunately I have to give you a bad review as what I ordered hasn’t been delivered. Also slightly remiss of you to ask me to do a review when my goods haven’t been received. Won’t be using USC again.

Paid for next day delivery and came 4 days later, got a refund of 2 pound. Couldn’t even cover the inconvenience

The products arrived a day earlier than the expected date and both jackets that I ordered for my son are absolutely gorgeous. Will be definitely using your website again, many thanks.

Ordered 3 packs of Calvin’s from USC and paid £6.99 for delivery. Had an email advising one pack were out of stock a couple of days later, followed by another email advising another pack were out of stock a couple of days after that. A few days later I was advised that two of the three packs I ordered were going to be delivered, but when I collected them there was only one pack inside. Contacted USC to advise about the missing item and they confirmed I wouldn’t be charged for the missing item. However, it’s a week later and I am still waiting for my refund. So, in a nutshell, I’ve ended up paying just shy of £50 for a pack of Calvin’s that should have cost me £25 and I have little hope of getting my refund back. I will never shop at USC again and advise everyone else to do the same.

Charging for delivery to store and then taking over a week to deliver it is very poor. If you don't improve I won't be ordering again and it is way behind what your competitors offer.

Ordered expensive Armani top. Arrived crumpled, not in a plastic covering in cheap packaging. Could not believe how badly it was packed. So bad I wondered if it was an authentic product. Would never order again.

I ordered a pair of Levi Jax Boots size 10 and received a pair of football boots size 5.5. There was no invoice enclosed. Customer care informed me that they were not prepared to send out correct item until the wrong item was returned paid for by me. I could however order again and they would refund postage as gesture of good faith. Do they really think I have any intention of ordering again?

You dont deal with complaints at all. Have appalling customer service. Dont reply to my emails or support me to return an item when you clearly ripped me off by £28. Charged me £90 and the item turns up with a sale sticker!

The product arrived however the packaging was all ripped open and the box not in tack at all! The underwear were scrunched up in a ball so we’re creaswd and not folded neatly like you’d expect them to be when purchasing new! Very disappointed.

There is no contact number for customer services, only thru email which is very inconvenient! But I emailed you about returning items because you have mislead the customers, you posted a different picture of an item different from its description, but until now, it’s been a week but you haven’t replied back!!!

Not happy at all with usc. Not only did I have to pay £5 delivery for the online order but had to pay a further £5 to return the item as it was poor quality and far too big. No option to return to store or postage paid retuns slip. I will never buy from here again and will spread the word on social media to put others off from making the same mistake.

Ordered a Ted Baker purse and arranged for it to be delivered to collect at shop as I work full time and didn't want to miss the parcel. On the day of delivery I got a message saying unable to deliver to shop and that it would be sent straight back to USC and refunded. How can it not be delivered to a shop and if by some misfortune the shop had vanished why couldnt it be re-delivered. I now have to go out and get the item from somewhere else. Will not order from USC again.
