Order was never received even though I received a email/text stating that it was delivered.. I was home all day and had numerous parcels delivered throughout the day but this one.. I have emailed the customer services team but had no response from them

Ordered a Levi Trucker jacket in dark blue Medium What I received was a light blue faded jacket in Large ! It was not wrapped in a bag either Very Poor service

Took my money for an item ‘in stock’ and then sent me an email 4 hours later saying it was out of stock and weren’t so quick to return the money as they were at taking it.

Had to return item did not fit. Not great that you have to pay for return yourself and even though returned next day days later I am still waiting on my money back. That ontop of delivery not worth it.

Absolute shocking service !! Ordered A present which hasn’t arrived , been trying to chase its whereabouts and no one answers the customer service telephone number ! Been communicating by email With someone called Rebecca and iv had nothing but bad attitude of her !!!Present is a waste of time now and usc have been a shambles in trying to rectify the problem !! I’ll Never use this company again !!

I paid for next day delivery as it is very close to Christmas and the trainers that I ordered was for a close friend that’s going away for Christmas. But the parcel came 5 days late as usc text more than a couple times saying that the parcel is going to be delayed. This was very stressful as we needed the parcel straight away. I received the parcel on Thursday 20th of December and the box was absolutely ripped to pieces I was devisated but thankfully the shoes were in good condition. From the experience of usc this time I won’t be shopping with them again. Very bad delivery service and the box was disgusting.

Bought a couple of items. Two were the incorrect size. I contacted USC via msg twice as they don’t have a customer contact number. They didn’t reply.

I wouldn’t even rate this company a 1 but it won’t let me post unless I leave a rating so it’s 1 because 0 isn’t a option!! I ordered a pair of hightop converse to receive a scuffed and dirty pair, I send them back and ask them to exchange them and then receive an email at 22.10pm on a Saturday night telling me they can’t deliver my order and my money is being refund. All this 3 days before Christmas and then to make it worse I have to wait for my money to be refunded within a so called 2-5 working days and it’s 3 days before Christmas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Charged me 6.99 for quick delivery and it wasn’t quick, it was given to Hermes who constantly stated delivery was attempted but I have proof that it was not, as I have cameras on front of property, email was sent to customer services but nothing at all back! Also the 2 for 25 pound on the website for hoodies doesn’t work and the discount does not come off the basket so only ended up buying one as although again I emailed and tried to contact customer services nothing back again

Terrible service haven’t even received my order 10 days later even though it said guaranteed for christmas. Going to have a very disappointed child from Santa now. Customer service is a waste of time. Order regularly from you but this is defo my last time

Filtered shoes by required size and added to basket. Website added the minimum show size in that style and not what I filtered by. Emailed customer service and no response to date. Though I did pay for return to get an exchange for a fault of the companies and got an email that my items have been exchanged. The email did not highlight the size they were exchanged to. Here’s hoping it’s right this time. Shocking for a business to prioritise their customers at the bottom of the list. Customers are a reason for a business’ success. Treat them with some fairness and u may find that people will start to l be loyal to the group and your business may start making more money. Festive greetings! ✌🏻
