Very dissapointed 12 days since ordering I still have not received my purchases No response from customer services Very poor customer service When will I receive my purchase ?

Shoes not as they looked online. Box was completely crushed - appreciate this could have happened in the post, but there was no sign of damage to the bag so it looks as though it left the warehouse that way. Was supposed to be a gift - there's no way I can give it to someone in the state it arrived in. Will be returning for a refund. At least it arrived in time so I'll have time to get something else.

I had some white fire trap boot delivered to then open them to find them all stained. Tryed to sort the problem out for your staff to then egnore my emails not happy one bit. Was supost to be a present for my dad.

Processed an order i cancelled, debited my account by £60, advised me to refuse the order for a full refund which i did at the start of last week, to date i am still waiting for a refund! There is no phone number to call in case of a problem, everything is done slowly via email, i wont be using USC online again, my first order was wrong too, there will not be a 3rd order online, ill still to going in the shop, terrible online service!

I have ordered 2 t-shirts, they arrived very late looking like second hand clothes. White one all dirty like someone wiped the floor with it. Very disappointed.

Pack of boxers which should have 3 in them only two and boxers was damaged.l phoned customer service ,bad idea on hold for 45 minutes and then it said our system is down and phone went dead.I hadn’t realised it was a expensive number to call and so 20 pound added on my mobile phone bill and then l had to pay to post boxers back .25 pound on top of price that l paid for boxers and no refund yet .No bargain now ,out of pocket big style ,just what l want at Christmas

11 days on, and I still haven’t received my order... then asked to write a review 😂. UPDATE! Day 13, had to be issued a refund. Absolute rubbish service, will not be shopping with USC again.

Very disappointed that I would have to pay for returns. Will not be ordering from USC again because of this. Most online retailers have free returns.

Im never for leaving bad reviews however this time i feel i have been left with no choice... Placing the order was easy enough and pleasant but the lack of update via emails about my order was shocking to the point i had to eventually email you myself which i got no reply after 3 days so then i had to call to which my order still hadnt been processed after a week and was told i wouldnt receive it for another 3 days... This was a big order for a birthday and actually never showed up on time. Disgusted to say the least and will not be a returning customer.
