“I bought a tshirt from yourselfs as a christmas present, the tshirt was just thrown into the package all creased and not folded and not inside another package, very poor quality”

“The quality of the items was very poor but what was more shocking was the packaging and the way how the T-shirt’s were packed . It looked like those were refunded by someone , all T-shirt’s were creased very badly . I should of take a pictures of this and send it to you at the time hence this was a reason for my refund . I don’t know whether I’ll be ordering from you again unless I get some sort of compensation , sorry but this service was very poor plus paying for the return from my own pocket ?! Come on !!! “Order processing very slow. Unable to speak to customer service as only contactable via email. Eventually when i was told that order was confirmed and on its way experienced problems with courier who advised sever delivery slot times then DID NOT show up. I contacted USC via email for help but didn't receive any reply. Overall customer care very poor and your appointed courier Hermes was dire. I had to make 6 calls to courier and wait in for 3 days just to get my order. Won't shop again with USC.”

“Part of my order was not sent due to not in being in stock, but I was not told this until after they had taken the money for this. I then asked to change the item so it could be sent out with the rest of my order. They replied to this saying, no you would have to pay another delivery charge. Will not buy again”

“Very bad service. Took £4.99 to deliver and sent the wrong product which looks nothing like the picture on the site. I ordered white and I was sent printed EA7 jacket. Now I need to pay for the returns too! Are you guys making money out of it or what!!”

“Very disappointed with USC, I have sent 2 emails with no response, no vouchers for the cyber week offer, I spent £400 yet they still charge for postage & they charge for returning items too, on top of that 1 item was missing from my order. I would never shop with them again or recommend them to anyone.”
