I ordered on 1/12/18 paid £6.99 postage . Sent you 2 emails and my package has not arrived yet also no tracking number on order to try and track with courier. So asking for a review. Very unsatisfactory

Despite paying for my order I have never received it. USC have blamed the delivery company and the delivery company do not respond to emails. USC have now ignored my emails for the last 3 days. I have paid for my products 13 days ago and received nothing.

I have bee on ssp i was awarded usc once then decided to award my next pay over under half yet i work hard all my life its a joke

So I ordered my 2 tracksuits for holiday 7 days ago with next day delivery at a cost..!! Yes you guessed it they have still yet to arrive and I go away tomorrow. I've had no conversation with anyone from USC/hermes just email/live chat and all they have given me is a time frame of 48hr 3 working days etc...my order is still on its way to courier since the 3rd Dec. unacceptable!!! I have now had to go out and spend more money on another tracksuit to travel in as the 2 I've ordered are still yet to be found No one has any idea where they are yet I'm out of pocket massively with nothing to show for my hard work !!! If anyone is reading this from customer service which I very much doubt it my order number is USC40000052488237 if you could maybe try an do your job so I might have my order before Christmas or maybe a refund !!?? FUMING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT 😤😤😤😤

Highly unsatisfied. Payed a lot extra for next day delivery for it to come over a week late. All they did was refund the extra money for the Next Day Delivery. Absolute joke

I used a student discount code for 10% discount but it only applied to one of the items in my basket. Tried contacting customer services but nobody ever answered the phone. Sent an email to try to get the discount applied post purchase but nobody ever responded to me. Terrible service

Terrible service. Long delivery especially to a shop! Shocking that I have to return at my own expense and that staff couldn’t tell me if I’d receive a full refund or not. Puts me off ordering from ISC in future!!

Dissapointed with this order. Initially after placing the order I had only one email confirmation of the order being placed, however a week later still not heard anything when my order was going to be delivered, decided to call customer service, where no apology was made but a reply came stating that it’s a busy period and it could take up to 10 working days for my order!!!....long story short, I received my order after 3 weeks!!!

The jeans I bought come with an alarm tag which now means I have to go to store to get it took off.

I purchased an item for click and collect and it was stated at check out that I would be given a £5 voucher on collecting of the goods. I was never given a £5 voucher. I contacted customer service and they advised me this was due to not Collecting it from a USC store. I wasn’t happy.

Very poor - ordered a NY Yankee bobble hat , which only to find out days later an email to tell me it was now out of stock. And the 2nd item I ordered was a white jumper which was for my wife , came in a very poor condition “ grubby and dirty” looking. Must do better USC

Usually very pleased with your service. However after placing an order for three items, i only recieved one. Although i was made aware of the changes to my order through email over a number of days to say items were out of stock. I would never of placed an order (and paid delivery) for the pair of jeans i recieved as these were only a small addition to the two items i really wanted. I feel like i should of been asked if i still wanted to accept and pay for the order with these items missing(which i would not of). Unfortnately this has resulted in me loosing trust in your service.

Sent me the wrong items. Made me pay to return them. Refused to send me the correct items. I placed a large order and the site allowed me to order things and the next day they emailed me to say these were not in stock. Do not use this site.

Very unhappy with the whole USC experience, ordered the Sunday morning and didn't receive my order for 8 days! After paying £5 for delivery and spending over £60 on goods I at least expected to receive it much sooner, no offer of a gift voucher or anything as an apology or anything

My parcel never arrived although it's shown as being delivered. When contacted USC support team they didn't investigate and kept repeating that it was delivered. Failed to provide any proof of it. No parcel or refund so far, won't be shopping again.

I tried to use my £20 e voucher I received from previous purchase. This was not allowed to be used as advised no value on it. I emailed USC Monday 03/12/2018, I got general response of we will reply within 1-3 days. Now this time has passed this has not been dealt with and I have had to pay in full for this product. This is extremely disappointing, I use USC regularly to purchase online and i store and I have been let down. I still want an answer to my voucher as it has not been used and want to use it to purchase goods.

Yet again they take your money before knowing if they have your item in stock. 2nd time ordering, 2nd time its happened. Took over a week to be delivered to a store. Over 5 days befor they even told me they was out of stock. I would not use this online service again. And highly recomend you dont.
