Received the wrong item and now have to go through the whole process of sending the wrong item back. Will not be ordering from USC again.

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans 2 t-shirts and a jacket was sent 1 tshirt and jacket also waited 8 working days should of notified me before I ordered that there was no stock like any other website does.

I ordered some men's Jack and Jones shoes on Thursday morning very early. I got an e mail confirming this order at 6.45am on Thursday 29th Nov 2018. I paid £6.99 for next day delivery as we were away for the weekend so needed delivery on the Friday (Order USC40000052415071) The item did not arrive until Saturday (when we were in Somerset by this time) We had to go out late Friday night after work to get another pair of shoes I would like the £6.99 refunding back on to my card and look forward to hearing your response Very poor level of service received. I did send 2 e mails on Friday 30th Dec as it is not possible to call USC (which I found incredibly infuriating) but have still not heard back you regarding either e mailed query

Absolute joke. Took 7 days for my delivery to arrive after i paid for express service. Tracking system is poor to the extent it is non-existent

You took my money and did not send the goods i ordered. You wont reply to any emails. I wish id read the online reviews of your company before i ordered.

Very disappointing as I ordered around a week and a half befor the event payed £5 delivery which was a waste as it did not arrive on time.wont be ordering from here ever again

Order took 11 days to come and was delivered to a completely different address approx 15 min drive from where we live! Only the gentleman who received it was honest and kind enough to bring us to us I’m sure we would still be waiting on it

I’m very disappointed with the service I received, I had to wait almost two weeks to receive my delivery even thought am paying for it. POOR SERVICE!

Quite possibly the slowest, most insufficient service I have ever received! I wasn't notified of an item being out of stock until about 4 days after placing the order and the other item didn't arrive at my door until about 10 days after placing order. Delivery was refused!

Recived wrong item. Payed extra to recieve winter boots, which you sent wrong item & then i had to pay to return the boots that you wrongly sent out to me. I have emailed you expecting full refund of my delivery & return which has not happened. I will not be shopping with you again & will be sure to tellmy friends, family & work colleagues of ypur poor customers services.

Ordered a number of items of expensive underwear to give as presents, they arrived in torn, dusty boxes, one with an inner sleeve missing with sale and other stickers all over them! I cannot give these as presents as the boxes look like they've been 'kicked around the floor'. I tried to contact customer service but there is no telephone number. To return the items would have cost me MORE money and then the decision would have been up to USC if a refund was merited. Very unhappy customer here, I will not be buying from your company again.

I placed an order which I realised I ordered the wrong size pretty much immediately, I completed the ‘cancel order’ request within 2 minutes but the item was still dispatched as no one obviously checked the status before processing. I now have to pay to have the item returned!

Score is purely based that you have to pay for delivery to one of their own stores when stock gets delivered there anyway. Another greedy way of making money 💰

My order was cancelled as you had told me that the goods were out of stock. I therefore ordered goods elsewhere and then you sent me an email saying my order had been processed and the goods were in stock. I emailed asking you to cancel the order but this was ignored. Very bad customer service. Wouldn't shop at USC again

already payed delivery charges twice for same item, the trouser that was delivered has a hole at middle, waited more than 7 days for delivery which arrived on the 3rd december with defect , now i am expected to pay another delivery charges for return,. this is the last time i will ever shop at USC, and will not recommend any one the money i will spend for delivery 3times is equivalent to buying another trouser, so disapointed.
