Orders over 100 pounds to receive a voucher for 20 pounds then half of my order gets. Cancelled so I don’t qualify for the voucher also had to pay delivery charge for 2 items false advertising not my fault the items were not in stock because when I placed my order they were and you took full payment as well at the time then said you would refund the 2 items at a later date Black Friday ripoff never ordered again false advertisement

Delivery company DPD emailed on day of delivery... We're not allowed to deliver this parcel to a different address so it will be returned to USC Unfortunately for me no item as ordered and no sale for USC 1 week later had to go to a different company shop to buy

Had items missing and was later told it was because they were out of stock!! Would have thought the would have emailed me to tell me as I would have ordered an alternative. When I did email them I got 1 response to 3 emails that I sent. Terrible customer service. Won’t be buying from them again.

One of my items had the security tag left on it in which I contacted yourselfs but I'm still yet to have a reply so I can't where a particular item I have bought

Received the right item, but on opening, had a sale tag attached to the original label for considerably less than I paid. On querying this, was given the ‘we are under no legal obligation’ explanation. Fair enough, but don’t expect a glowing recommendation. Poor show USC!

Ordered my son some Levis Jeans, came to store no problems, until I opened them to find really bad dye dashes all over them front and back. Will have to take them back to store but still paid for delivery charge only to have to go to store anyway. Aahhhh!

Card left saying it had been left outside by my bin but nothing there. Contacted customer services and all I got was an auto reply saying I would get a response in 5 days. I spent over £100 and received nothing. This is not good at all. Why charge for delivery when they don’t deliver. My neighbours are home and happily accept deliveries on my behalf. I have a packages delivered daily for both work and personal and never have issues like this apart from with This order. I am very concerned where my goods have gone! And the time it’s taking to get an answer.

Poor , cheaper prices on some stock for sure. Shop to crowded and not easy for disabled person to mi e around Online store is slow and does not apply codes correctly. Different prices in store and online - no communication on banners to say that terms and conditions apply to ceratain promotions. Those conditions only become evident after the event and at the time are no way linked in banners and promotional material. Customer service is poor and they use every trick in the book to disconnect your call or not talk to you. Persistence is key but ultimately pointless. Disappointed again - should learn from my own mistakes and only shop in store Codes never work properly on site by my reckoning 10% of 200 is 20 and not 10 and then promotion ran storewide - does not work

Purely for your choice of courier! My Hermes is just terrible! The tracking is poor and my slot was supposed to be between 2pm and 6pm the trainers eventually turned up at 9:50pm! This was unacceptable! I have emailed your customer service department and I have still yet to hear back from them however I feel you should be tendering for a new delivery service!!

Absolutely atrocious to buy from ordered next day delivery didn’t come until 2 days after that! Then when it did come the box of shoes I had bought had clearly been trampled on. These are a gift for someone and now I have to buy another box and hopan pray that they fit as there was no receipt in the bag !!
