Ordered an item for £65. When it arrived, the price tag was £55. USC flat out refused a refund of £10. Appalling service. Will NEVER purchase from here again. Would have given zero stars if that had been an option

You send a me a wrong item. I have ordered white levis shoes and you sent me black. I wrote you an email but you dont even reply to me.

The hoodie came folded outside the plastic bag and the receipt along with the plastic bag were screwed up and shoved in. The hoodie had clearly been returned as it was stretched at the bottom. Not happy with the service.

Parcel took over a week to even process emailed to cancel before sit processed and got told no cancellations to have to go into town to collect it a 10 days later to pay for a return! What a sham can't even return to your own stores

Ordered Levi shirt Which was dark denim in picture advertised but when it arrived it’s actually very light blue denim! Want to send it back but don’t want to be charged to send it back and receive it again as it was falsely advertised,So contacted ucs to send back and have been absolutely no help what so ever!!! Won’t use company again! Is not the first time have had problems with USC!😠

USC sell products at full price online that are on sale in store for a fraction of the price. Completely unacceptable and a rip off. Very disappointed.

I did order items for 100£ but I never received. Courier by mistake delivered my parcel on wrong address and person don't want to give parcel back. I expect from USC resend items which I pay for . When I receive my items I will change feedback . Thank you

I personally think USC are for skinny people so believe increase the amount of sizes or reach out to bigger people I dunno where I’m going with this but I love you x

Wasn’t impressed with how long the order took to arrive. Also when collecting my order from sports direct, strothers lane, the staff took a very long time to find my order. Which further delayed me

I've ordered online an item and after I've been charged and received the confirmation email to collect it, it's been cancelled,without mentioning any refund. I paid with 20£ credit note ( or gift card) and after my order has been cancelled, I tried to make the payment again but my gift card doesn't have any balance now, so they took my 20£ gift card. I paid 8.99 £ out of the gift card so totally I need to get all my refund of 28.99£. I've already tried to get in touch and the only reply I got it was about my opinion. I want my refund back, let me know as soon as possible

Spent £180 on clothes 1 week ago and chose premium next day delivery, still have received my order, I’ve emailed customer care team more then 3 times and no reply. Can this be sorted please.

Why do you advertise items that you don't have in stock only to tell the customer after they have transacted. It makes paying for postage on fewer items not worth it.

I've ordered from the website twice for Christmas presents only to be told both times that my order has been amended due to items being out of stock. If it's not in stock don't have it on the site! I have now given up on USC and ordered from John Lewis. They have provided excellent service for a change!

full of rubbish customerservice i had Polo sirt it's had still tag needs to take out even them fault still i had to pay postage charge
