Hopeless, I placed an order on the 15th of November, was mean't to be out for delivery on the 19th which supposedly failed, attempt made and failed on the 20th. It has now been on it's way to the courier since the 22nd, today is the 26th. I've sent emails to customer care (what a joke) but they're not replying. If it was possible to rate USC with less than one star, then I would have. I'm hopeful that I will eventually receive my order or have my account credited.

I purchased a pair of adidas trainers on 11th Nov totalling £46.98 inc of postage but I received no invoice inside. I need to return the trainers as the size is incorrect but there is no way of doing so without the invoice. I have tried to return to store and they won't do it either. Please can you send me a copy of the invoice.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. I purchased 4 pairs of jeans. Out of the 4 pairs 2 were faulty, one pair had no buttons, and the other had a stain on the leg. In both pairs it had a quality control tag, obviously this is a joke. So thinking i was getting a good deal has ended up costing me another £9 to return the faulty items. Also poor that returns cannot be taken to your stores. Save the postage costs. Atleast i know what to expect from now on.

Very disappointed with the 2 pairs of G Star jeans I ordered. Prices reduced for so called black Friday deals but are clearly seconds. 1st pair has no buttons at all and 2nd pair missing rivets on back pockets. Obviously has not been checked by quality control before sending out. I will be sending back for a full refund as no replacements are left in stock.

First time I have ordered online at usc and not impressed, ordered some boots for my husband and the box had a hole in and looked like a mouse had been in the box, chewed up paper in the box and all inside the boots and mouse droppings in there too

Absolutely ridiculous, still waiting on an email to tell me my goods are in store ready to pick up, I’ve phoned many times but can’t get through to anyone! I now have to go into the shop today at some point to ask if my goods have arrived!

I didn’t receive the size 4 converse pumps I bought...I received men’s white Nike trainers one of which was completely shop soiled. After emailing customer services they asked for photos of the trainers I received. I replied straight away with pictures and almost 3 days later I’ve heard nothing back despite emailing them again. Hopefully the problem will be sorted but it’s not been a nice experience in the meantime.

Sent wrong colour and faulty item .ive sent them pictures still no reply has been 2 weeks highly disappointed used to shop a lot . Now no anymore ..:(((

Still not resolved my order and it's been that long you have sent me this email to respond to how your service was? Next day delivery... it's been a week and counting... I'm for sure not going to risk my Christmas shop for this year on your services...

My order was to be delivered by the 16/11/18 but I have not yet received it! As I have paid for delivery I am not very happy with this service.

Delay in delivery due to pre sake items being on the same order... tell customers that at time of ordering in large print. Slow response from customer service, nearly a week to sort out my items. Ended with me cancelling half my order as they wouldn't send it out in 2 parcels without charging me 2 delivery fees. Ignored my questions in their responses. Avoid this online carry on. Some decent training needed.
