Recived wrong and incomplete and damaged items. After returning of the items l recived refund but lose the value of money. Also didn't recived confirmation mail about refunding and postage cost.

Half the order was cancelled but full delivery costs charged for one item. Notification was only given when it was too late to cancel.

Terrible service. Parcel arrived left in garden and not been packed properly hoodie looked like a dish clothe very disappointed and will not buy online from you again

Customer service was appalling, recieved expensive shoes bought as a gift for them to look used and damaged box and complained about it to then be offered 15% discount. Disgraceful

Got to be SO careful of price structuring, price states VAT included; check invoice - it DOSEN’T! So in effect ... charged TWICE!

So far, I am most in impressed by USC. Ordered 12th Nov paying £4.99 for standard delivery expecting item to arrive by Saturday 17th. Apparently item was collected by courier on Thursday 15th but now it seems to have vanished into thin air. No way to contact customer services (other than by email that they don’t respond to), and no way to contact Courier and to be quite honest, I don’t have time to be phoning back and forward so each can blame one another. Come on USC, get your customer service up to scratch before you lose all your customers.

I cant review my purchase because iam still waiting for it to be delivered. I am not happy at all, Hermes tried one attempt at delivering , they havent tried again & i cant locate my parcel hermes have been completely unhelpful& so have usc i dont know where my parcel is and it was a birthday gift. Iam really not happy and you actually have to pay for this awful delivery service

No problem with USC but the Boss shirt was outrageously small so I had to send it back it was a nice shirt so I was very disappointed. It also cost me for delivery and a registered delivery return with nothing to show for it would need to seriously consider before using this method again.

An order placed 6th August 2018 only arrived 15th November with one item missing as it was out of stock. 3 day delivery, what a complete joke. No way to contact anyone during this period and no way to adjust my order. The items were needed for a summer holiday in August! No apology from USC. Worst onlone shopping service I have ever experienced.

USC sent me two different shoes in the same box! Had to return but in doing so, I did all the chasing with customer service. Not impressed.

Ordered two pairs of Levi’s shoes at size 10, one fit me perfect and the other was a size 8, sent them back costing me £5.50 since there was no returns form in the bag, ridiculous

I feel a bit wrong for marking USC so low but it is you who choose the courier and Hermes are absolutely useless. I haven't received my order and Hermes have no idea where it is even though tracking says delivered. I have an outstanding query with them.
