One week later since ordering I've still not received an email when to collect my shoes yet you've sent me a review email!! £5 delivery and takes over a week what a joke

1 of my items was cancelled from the order as it was out of stock, emailed customer services explaining I didn’t need the other item as one of the items was now out of stock as it was part of a set. Had no reply from customer services. Item then arrived dirty so had to pay another lot of postage to send it back all at no fault of my own! Overall out of pocket and dissatisfied. Won’t be using usc again!

Ordered Hugo boss trainers and when arrived only one shoe in the box. No apology and told out of stock so basically can't have them. Made to feel appreciative that they will give me a Freepost return label, well thank you!! Definitely never shop online with yourselves again.

Never again ! the trainers were completely shop soiled different shades of white dirty sole hair and sock fluff inside and creased !! Was a birthday present for someone so had to buy another pair from JD sports so had to pay out twice whilst waiting to send them back too say I’m not happy is an understatement.

I still have not received my order yet. Order placed 2nd November 2018 and not received yet. My parcel finally arrived today not great service

I am rating experience with USC as very poor because one of the items I ordered was missing from the parcel. I paid for it but haven't got it. Contacted customer service that was slow to respond and still waiting for the resolution. This was my first ever shopping with them and was disastrous. I have never experienced with anyone to receive half of my order.

Usually I get a really good service from USC, however on this occasion I paid an extra £7.99 for premium delivery for next day on a Saturday. My order didn’t arrive until Tuesday. So, as a result I’d be relluctant to order again.

Didn't receive my parcel on my delivery date to receive an email 2 days after the due date saying they were unable to deliver the parcel and I would get a full refund, I wouldn't have ordered if I would have known as this was for a present! I think it should have been said whilst I was placing the order I will never order from here again.

Im disgusted that the courier left my parcel on the doorstep free for anyone in the street to steal. It was raining. The bag was soaked and the hoodie i purchased has the security tag STILL on the back of it. I dont drive so i have to go to a local usc just to have this removed. Complete inconvenience.

you didn’t care to answer or pay any attention to my email (sent after realizing I was dealing again with Sports Direct and not with you USC) advising you of a previous order of the same article made by SD which was sent faulty/defective and asking you to do a previous quality check. Despite this, the item sent is equally defective as shown by the uploaded photo, I am returning it, won’t do business with you again and will advise family and friends against it.

I ordered from you over a week ago and have had no confirmation of dispatch dispite contacting you and the items being in stock on your website. I am still no closer to knowing if and when I might get my order. Please can you contact me as a matter of urgency.

Zero star is the correct!!!! I was trying two weeks to have a simple answer for my order USC40000050234070 and none apologise for this!!!! I will never buy from you if there is not any apologise for this I 'm waiting my order from September with three delays and only a robot sent me a message !!!!!!!!!

Appalling customer service. Also product had a manufacturing fault and when sent back I received a note stating that I allegedly sent the shoes back as I had ‘changed my mind’ rather than for the reason I explicitly indicated on the returns form. I was also not refunded the excess £5.95 it cost me to send the shoes back to USC via first class postage. If a member of the customer service team has the time, it would be great to hear from them about how I can claim the rest of my money back.

Was odering trainers, ordered wrong size by accident was my mistake, emailed the company and asked them to swap for correct size no answer, not only that but the trainers came with no reciept and no return slip ? For me to take them to the post office for them to say well we cant returne them its just a bag with trainers!! To then come in to glasgow to swap them for them not to have the ones i wanted with the worst customer service and being shoved up the top floor for no reson because this was sports direct and no usc where i got the trainers from, will 100% never be shopping here again very dissapointed !
