I bought a jacket at my local Warrington usc store. I got home and decided I'd prefer the next size up. The store had none in stock. So they offered me a credit note to purchase the same coat in the next size up online. I would have just preferred a refund at this point. However, I got home and used my credit note to re purchase the jacket in the size up. I paid express postage. Received the item. Only to discover the coat did not match the pictures on the website. The cuff design and the bottom of the jacket looks totally different to the image on the site. I couldnt find a contact number to phone customer service. Long story short the whole experience was a bit underwhelming , both in store and online. The returns policy in store is out of dated and the rigmarole I've been though has put me off using the store again and the website. I won't be shopping here again or in store unless something improves.

My parcel deleiverd to the wrong address and i call to the customer service they said they cant anything about my parcel i need to contact hermes and when i contact hermes they said i need to contact USC but somehow i manage to get my parcel myself no help from USC or HERMES

I ordered a pair of trainers size 5. They arrived in a battered box with no paperwork of payment. Not only that the size 5 didn't fit. I am normally a size 4.5, so i thought i'd go for the size above. When shoes arrived, i looked at them and thought, surely these aren't a 5, they must be at least a 3, but according to the box and shoe they were a size 5. I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. I then wrote an email to USC's email to which i have had no reply. I now have to return an item (pay for my own postage) to which i already payed £4.50 delivery additionally for a pair of shoes that i believe are faulty, or they are not a "true" size 5. If this was the case, it was not stated on USC website about Adidas shoes being a small fit. I used the size guide provided. Thanks

Poor all round, never got next day delivery I paid for and when the items arrived they had been thrown in the package not sealed up and not folded plus one item was wrong and one damaged. I would never order from you again ever but you did refund my money so that was something.

Complete scammers! Returned items only partly refunded and was told there’s nothing they can do for the remainder even when proved my Royal Mail it was delivered!

The shipping time was fantastic and the product is spot on. But I have tried to find some way of returning it through the website and haven't got anywhere. This makes me angry and disappointed. If I can't resolve this, I will never use usc again and I will also spread the word!!

When I ordered I had clicked on an offer for free returns but when the package arrived there was only the standard postage must be paid I tried to get in touch with usc but it is impossible, it is designed in a manner its impossible to email or call. Anyway rather than pay a hefty fee to return some heavy boots I have kept them. I think I will unsubscribe to usc as I think the customer service is terrible. To me a business is only as good as the way it treats its customers and I think USC is very poor. Go to the store or ask yourself does it look correct will it fit is it heavy to return at your own expense or do you really need it or the inconvenience. The answer will be no save your money and your time and shop in a store which has excellent customer service.

Items ordered on 31st August and delivered on the 26th October. Good thing I forgot about it so it was a pleasant surprise when they arrived.

All the packages were open and not sealed. Looked like the clothes had been stuffed back into bags. Not quality expected for designer label goods.

You sent me a faulty coat, with 2 burns in the material. It took you 24 hours to reply to me by email with a bog standard reply that didn't really appease any of the situation. The reply was only this quick as I went into one of your stores who helped me chase it (I felt I had to do this, after I had an automatic response email sating it could take 5 days to respond!!! What a great way to interact with customers who have a problem.) The service I got in the store was very friendly although in the end they couldn't resolve my problem (Trinity Walk Wakefield) Interestingly it took them 30 mins to get through on the phone to the customer service team, again putting customers at the heart of your business. The coat was a birthday present and that date has now passed. Will not shop with USC online again. Although I will consider the store as the staff were very good

1 star for a product arriving when and where it should. Unfortunately the product is not the Suede version that was ordered and I have had no reply from customer services to my query and request for the correct item to be delivered. It is a birthday present for 5.11.18
