I had attempted to change my delivery address, immediately after the site refreshed, following my order I was notified that the delivery address had not updated, I attempted to cancel the order but was informed that I could not, I was the. Notified that the main item on my order was out of stock and had been cancelled meaning I had paid full delivery for one item, as I no longer live at the address the item was delivered to I made my way there after being notified it had been delivered to be told the item had not been received. I am so disgusted I will not be using USC again I was also waiting for the money to be put back into my account for the items cancelled by yourselves.

Ordered a pair of pants for a funeral that was a week away (3-5 days delivery is clearly stated on the website) 6 WEEKS it took. obviously had to go out and buy other pants. Everything is cheap but order 3 months before you want it.

Hermes delivery delayed by 5 days with no apology or compensation, over 2 hours of dealing with Hermes customer services via livechat and phone. Product was fine, but packaging was torn and crushed. USC offered no simple 1-to-1 customer services. I will not order from here again.

Items missing from my order . Waited over a week for the rest of my items and I had to do round trip of 20 miles for their mistake.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. These were purchased as a birthday present and as you can imagine not having them has upset me somewhat. Went into my local store and the customer service was appalling.

I ordered a men’s hoodie in medium and I’ve been sent a child’s top. Now the top is out of stock. So it’s going to cost me £10 in postage for absolutely nothing.

I asked for next day delivery and I still haven't received my item over a week later. I will be returning as soon as it arrives. It was for a birthday last week.

I never received my order. The courier, not surprisingly Hermes, were unable to delivery my parcel within 4 attempts even though delivery was made to a business address wich was occupied all day every day they attempted delivery. The tracking even showed they attempted to deliver it at times when we were in the building. I understand this isn't entirely USC's fault however they are choosing to use a courier who has a very poor track record across the UK. It's also worth pointing out that I paid 6.99 for this delivery on top of my order so it's not even the case of USC offering free delivery and using the cheapest company to provide that service. It was quite frustrating to day the least to have failed delivery attempts even when I knew the courier didn't even try to deliver. I contacted USC customer support who were unhelpfull and just said the items will be returned and I will be refunded. Overall a very frustrating experience especially knowing the courier did not even attempt to deliver my parcel and wasted my time. Now I need to reorder what I wanted either from USC again or another retailer.

Ordered two items and paid £4.99 p&p but then I received an email saying that one of them was out of stock so had to to pay £4.99 just for one which I wasn’t happy with . The next day it was back in stock again but no one emailed me to tell me this. I emailed to ask if u could have a free delivery code to reorder but no one has bothered to contact me regarding this and it has been over a week. I would never order from you again as the customer service I received was awful and I would nit recommend you to anyone

My boots got delivered 1 was a size 9 and 1 a size 10 not sure what there quality control is up to but having trouble returning them now its a waiting game emails here and there very frustrating the boots were great but overall wouldn't use this company again .

I pre-ordered a toddler jacket which caused a delay to my delivery and then some of my items became out of stock. I was very upset about this as i was not contacted.

I ordered Converse Dainty in navy and recieved different colour and style! To return I have to pay postage which doesnt seem right as no fault of my own that the wrong product was sent!

Very disappointed in your returns policy that unable to return to store for full refund only credit note. Cost me £11.17 to return via post, will not be using USC again
