I would give a 0 if I had the choice I ordered a pair of men's jeans and received a child's under armour top. Still waiting for this to be resolved

Order came in the wrong size, when I attempted to call and rectify the situation customer services was very rude and was not helpful at all. However, I have been offered a refund...my money back in gift voucher form and the money I pay to send the item back I will get as a check. Don’t bother ordering from here, not worth the hassle.

Never delivered over £100 of goods and customer services don’t care either just fob you off don’t buy from them a complete rip off!

It took long time when my order came. Not happy with service...will not use again....clothes are expensive too....I can buy cheaper elsewhere....plus staff are very rude...and unprofessional.

Contacted customer services about jeans arriving with no buttons on the fly so unusable. Photographs requested by yourself. Provided photos & now no reply to my mails. Disgusted.

This was my first time shopping online with USC. I am hugely disappointed. The Hugo Boss jumper was screwed up and squashed in the parcel (not even in it's own plastic covering) and the lacoste trainers were in a box which was battered and one whole side falling off. When i took the jumper out of the parcel it has a brown stain down the back. As both were gifts I have returned them at a cost of £11 to myself. It has put me off shopping with USC again. I made an order one week ago and still have not got it as it was delivered to my neighbor, but nobody lives there. I sent my claim to customer service and they said parcel delivered and we do not care that not to you. I was your customer 2 years, from now I never shop here as I lost my funds and I did not get my order.

I ordered 4 items 2 number dresses and 2 pairs of trainers for my girls, when I went to collect the order one pair of trainers were removed from the order with no explanation. I contacted customer service via e-mail as the item was still in stock, but I didn't want to have to pay for delivery again, they just sent a reply to say it's tough basicly!! Won't be using USC again cs is shocking.

Trainers came marked and dirty as if they had been worn! Rung to complain to be told to send an email with attached photos, which we did however we were then told it would take at least three days to be looked at and then if they agreed we would have to send the product off and wait for them to be looked at further! Pity they didn’t do all this before sending us the product! Asked if we could just return them to store, to be told NO.

My previous experience has been great, but this time when I decided to take out a large order for Christmas I have been let down. I'm still awaiting the majority of my order two weeks later, not to mention waiting two weeks for an item to come In, in a previous order to be told two weeks later that i would have to wait until Christmas. I then cancelled that order and opened an even larger order which I am still awaiting. Two parties that I brought clothes for have gone and I feel that I've received a bad service in regards to communication and compensation. It really has put me off ordering online again from USC sports direct and any other company associated with yourselves. I recieved Two tracking numbers for my order one was sent and delivered, the other when tracked through your site Said it was at the sorting hub. But when I tracked it through hermes they said they were awaiting the parcel. This indiscretion created concern and I emailed you on many occasions only to recieved a vague email back re: my tracking numbers . Which left me in the same position. . I then rang yourselves today to be told that it was today it was sent to the hub and to expect it within 24hrs. I was refunded my postage but feel this could have been more significant of a discount especially as you offer 10% discounts to students.

£5.99 for delivery ha had to find email to contact you to ask why it was taking so long. The response was we will get back to you in 1-3 days. Never ever again shocking service. Took you 6days to deliver parcel just so you know it’s 2018 not 1980.

I ordered a pair of jeans that are not sized accurately and have had to pay to send them back and have had to pay to get them shipped back to me. not impressed as this was not my fault but i am still paying for someone else mistake

ORDERED 22/11/18 RECEIVED 7/12/18 AFTER HAVING TO CHASED THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICES ONLY ONE ITEM OFF ORIGINAL ORDER SENT OTHER APPARENTLY OUT OF STOCK (THE ITEM I REALY WANTED) POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

The customer service was poor! The item didn’t turn up for 5 days so called to enquire. Told now out of stock and store would fulfill order. Asked if man could call the store to confirm the item was coming but he refused saying policy was to wait at least 24 hours before calling store! Very unhelpful and poor service! Only wanted a phone call making!
