“Have not received my order and received an email to say it was cancelled and I didn't cancel the item. Despite several email s sent I have still to receive a reply. Terrible”

“Rubbish. Don't understand why you advertise clothing for sale, charge customers for the purchased item(s) which may I add is giving false hope, then send an email a week or so later confirming the item(s) are no longer available. No mention in the email of a refund either. This isn't the first time this has happened.”

“Can’t even begin to explain how rude the lady was on the phone when enquiring about returns. I only called her after being ignored by the customer service member of staff I was already in contact with ignored me for 5 days.”

“Only one item I ordered came yet yous took the money out my bank anyways for the other things what did not come because they were out of stock but yet yous still took the full payment for the three things that I ordered, I then tried to contact yous through email yous never bothered to email me back. I think yous need to sort your business out it’s an absolute joke and I will definitely not order and be in any of your stores again!!”

“Shambolic. Website told me payment hadn’t gone through when it had actually gone through twice meaning I ordered 2 of the same item. Requested an order cancellation literally minutes after ordering and was told 3 days later it was too late to cancel. Possibly the worst shopping experience ever in my life.”

“Tommy Hilfiger hoodie was fine, Converse jogging bottoms were huge and so I attempted to take them back to your Meadowhall store to be met by the most rude and ignorant member of staff who refused to refund. A simple ‘sorry but they need to be sent back through the post’ was all that was required. Disgusting customer service hence I won’t shop at usc again!!”

“I purchased a pair of G H Bass Moc toe boots. When they arrived I opened the box to find that I had obviously been sent a faulty customer return. The soles were filthy where they had been worn and the stitch had come apart around the toe area. Rubbis that these faulty returns had ended up back in with the new stock! Very disappointed”

“Sent wrong product, told to return what I had received for it to be exchanged. However when I asked if they had the product ordered in stock to exchange it turns out they didn’t.”

“I ordered dark grey shoes and received black. As Ive been away on holidays I've only seen the shoes today. I'm moving back to Australia in a couple of days I'm not able to send them back to be changed.”

“I orderd a product, got an email to say it was being sent to delivary, it never came or the money never came out of my accont so i have no idea where that has gone or if it was even sent Spoke to someone in store about it and they said they wasnt sure either?”
