Honestly I am disappointed in the service ..its been 5days now I placed my order which was supposed to be received by Now, unfortunately till this day today I haven't received it (18/1/2019)..

Ordered a shirt over a week ago for a party and Hasn't Arrived, was a regular in all usc stores but that will be last time I will buy anything from it.

absolutely horrific! my order was “ lost” didn’t get it in time for christmas now it is approaching the end of january and i have still not been refunded. i have phoned customer service five times now and still nothing he been done

Ordered tshirt and joggies, tshirt got cancelled after i ordered so wanted to cancel joggies, their wasnt a number to contact usc so i emailed them and still not heard nothing back! So having to send joggies back as theirs no point having them without the tshirt! Very poor customer service

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. DID NOT GET MY ORDER BECAUSE THE PICK UP SHOP THAT I ARRANGED TO COLLECT MY PARCEL FROM WHICH WAS HALFORDS DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CAPACITY TO RECEIVE MY SMALL PACKAGE. THEREFORE MY ITEM WAS RETURNED TO USC UNKNOW TO ME THE REASON WHY. UNTIL I INVESTIGATED WHY I DID NOT GET MY PARCEL. NEVER AGAIN, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY REFUND AND I WONT GET IT UNTIL THE PARCEL IS RECEIVED AT USC

I paid for next day delivery but my order turned up 2 days later. You sent me 2 packs of the wrong boxers which I now have to pay for delivery to send back to you! Bit of a joke really can’t be that hard to send 4 packs of Calvin Klein boxers out which are all the same!

Holds your money before checking if item is in stock. Tells you it’s not in stock...the go to collect a item and find out the other item you wanted is in stock in store!

The company refuses to pay the price difference and the customer service is bad with delayed reply. The cap I received is dirty and I wonder if it is a new one.

Ordered online, a pair of led trainers, as it was a present, I expected pristine, or at least both new condition for both trainers. Once open on arrival, they have clearly sent me a trainer from the shop floor (without any kind of notification), wasn’t charged up for the led lights to work along the bottom, and visibly clearly worn, as the inside was in terrible condition. Tried to return to sport direct/usc today, asked about an exchange, only to be told ‘you will have to check the shoe department’, I did actually refuse and asked for them to check as I refused to wait for someone to appear, then wait for them to check, I had just waited half an hour to get served and as soon as I was handed a infants pair of shoes, staff member walked away and was never seen again. After them checking the stock, they didn’t have the exact pair but I did see one similar,( same shoe, same size, same make, led lights included just an extra cost), so checked for that trainer, was in stock and managed to exchange in store at a charge of an extra £16.50! However, although I’m thankful we managed to exchange in store, if I hadn’t, it would of been up to me to do the returns, and at my own cost too! I think £4.99 for delivery is too high but for me, I would expect free returns included in that cost. I did order online to save me the trip into a busy shopping centre, but not only did I have to make the trip, I also wasted my time doing numerous calls to different stores to be able to check if the items were in stock, on each phone call, only managed to speak to one member of staff, got either hung up on, or no one answered. Appalling service, will rethink when buying from Sport direct or USC!

I’ve rated this as very poor as the goods that I had purchased were not in a condition for sale in my opinion. I purchased a brown pair of shoes and was shocked at the condition as were your staff within the retail store in Irvine, North Ayrshire as 1 shoe was ok and brown where as the other shoe was discoloured and light brown as if it had been left within heat or sunlight. This should of been picked up when the goods were picked and checked in store before shipment. Whoever picked my order from store either didn’t bother to inspect the order or couldn’t care less about it. Shoes have been returned for a full refund.

I was appalled by USC. I ordered a pair of kickers for my son paid £4.99 delivery then when they came they sent the wrong size. No phone number to contact only email and took 5 days to reply. I had to send them back and pay for postage! £10 on postage and no boots. Customer service was terrible for a mistake the company made!

I wouldn’t online shop at USC due to not being able to return my purchase at the Sport Direct store. I had to return my purchase through post with the cost of £11! Not only having to pay £11 I had to pay delivery charge of £4 when I payed for the item online. I am utterly disgusted and would not being shopping at USC again!
