The order I received was damaged and had a tear. Because of my body schedule at work and uni, I was unable to return the item but I asked for a refund and they said no. Worst experience ever. I will definitely not shop at USC ever again

Just as poor an experience as when I shopped in my local store. Expensive product with long delivery time. Won't be shopping with this company again. Shame I couldn't opt for 0/5 stars.

Very disappointed that after spending a lot of money with your company in the past. You can't be bothered to genuinely listen to my complaint. I'm sorry but I won't waste my time explaining...again...how poor the service that I have received has been. Thanks for allowing me to vent my anger. I won't be shopping with you ever again. In fact I'll now go out of my way to tell everyone just how poor USC is at listening to so called valued customers.

Delivered wrong size. Delivery is expensive at 4.99 compared to similar clothing sites. Said they would refund return postage costs but the inconvenience of having to post back and wait for refund and then for postage costs after that is annoying when they/You where at fault

Ordered Firetrap men’s jeans and received the wrong ones. Currently awaiting a reply from customer services. The same thing happened after trying to order the same pair from the sports direct website. The ones I received are different to the picture on the website I ordered from.

I have order my shoes more than week ago and suppoused to b in shop in 5 working days. I went yesterday and shoes still not there and haven't heard from you regarding while delivery is delayed.

The quality of the products I received was very poor and the clothes were dirty. I had already paid postage and then I had to pay again to return the goods. I will not be shopping with USC again, their service is terrible and so were the goods.

Items ordered came screwed up in packaging. 2 of the t shirts had marks on them and the pair of jeans I ordered for some reason had the hems turned up 3 times so looked as though they had either been worn or tried on before being sent to me. Also disappointed that I ordered from usc but items arrived from sports direct

Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone to ask if I can take a jacket and exchange for the next size up. Does not give me the option how to contact anyone. I have also google the number and the number that come up I can’t get a hold of customer service. This is my first time using usc online as my son just started to wear the clothes that you supply but I’m not sure if I would do online again.

Ordered coat, cost £7 to get delivered next day which I didn’t mind, but didn’t fit so had to return, then cost over £7 to return. Won’t be using USC again as can get a better service at other stores.

Faulty product shows clear lack of quality control as it could be noticed in the package, should never have been sent. Disappointed.

I give a poor 1 star rating because both the customer service agents didn't manage to satisfy me by answering the questions I had asked. They also showed me no care or consideration, and because of this very poor after care sadly after being a customer of yours for a while now, I will be like I mentioned to them, I'll be closing my account down.

twice now I order items, they charge you then email saying the items are no longer in stock. so then your waiting for a refund. And they charge you £5 postage and when you are only getting half your items it ain't worth it. be cheaper to go to shops as the web is meant to be convenient. poor service when I emailed them too.

Very poor customer services, no one replied to my email and I got charged £7 for the call that i had to make to check the progress of my order and got my order after 10 days 😡😡😡
