A order that i placed with usc and did not get, i had to chase it up, as no one told why it was sent back, you took my money and no item, poor customer service support, i don,'t think i would shop with usc again

4th order in a row with issues. This time shoes and packaging very damaged. Rubbish that you dont have free return postage. Other previous orders arrriving dirty, damaged or cancelled of my order as out of stock so i get half the order arriving. Am fed up now going to switch to ASOS. Your service has gone downhill your going to lose all your customers if u dont sort it out

Didn’t even want to give them 1 star, I returned an item 3 weeks ago and had an email saying they were refunding me as my replacement was out of stock but still no refund, I’ve tried emailing them in several occasions and no response, tried emailing through PayPal and no response, tel number given on PayPal doesn’t work !! I tried emailing Soort direct as that’s who owns them and still nothing. Couldn’t find a telephone number to contact them but nothing. The worst company I have ever shopped with and will NEVER use them again

Ordered my item for next day delivery. Got an email as I was at work to say my parcel was delivered. Got home, no parcel & nobody had any indication of a parcel. Emailed the "customer service" department and got a reply 3 days later. Sent my response and now 3 further days I'm waiting for another reply. I'm sorry but no way are you that busy it takes so long to respond to a paying customer. Awful

Hate the fact you don’t offer refunds as part of your service and I wasn’t made aware of this when I purchased somthing from you. As a result of that unless it was somthing for myself I had tried on and knew it fitted I wouldn’t shop with you again for a gift as you are very limited with choice and sizes. Over all wouldn’t return as my first place to shop.

Awful! Awaiting replacement for the items I ordered due to complaint submitted as per the below; Evening, I have just received a package that I ordered online and am disgusted with the condition my items were delivered in. These 3 items were purchased as wedding gifts for my fiancé’s best men and I wouldn’t even want to wear them if they were for myself. Being from a quality assurance background myself, I have absolutely no idea how these passed your quality control. The packages are ripped and damaged and upon opening the items they are tattered and threads are loose. They look like they have been worn and then sent back! This is totally unacceptable. I would like 3 new pairs sent out in the sizes and colours as per my order in the correct condition they should have been sent out in. Regards. Rebecca

My biggest issue was the delivery situation. I don't mind paying £4.99 for it to be delivered to my home but then to have to cover the full cost of returns seemed very unfair - especially as they were so high because the coat I'd ordered was so heavy. I don't understand at all why I couldn't just return it to the local branch of USC for free like with all other shops. I will never order from USC again because of this bizarre returns policy.

Communication was awful. Parcel got lost with courier and refund not bren processed. Customer service agents on a premium number rude also.

Received items next day. 1 item arrived on a hanger with plastic over it upon inspection this item was damaged in multiple places had to return damaged item at own cost no happy. When paying a large amount of money for products this was not checked prior to dispatch seeking a full refund and postage cost as this was not my fault.

I tried to get the trainers in my local store, first they said they had a pair of size 9, then they said they didnt have the size 9. I ordered online and paid the postage, when they arrived they were not suitable, and now I am being told that I have to pay the postage again to return them.

Half my order was unavailable due to no stock. Was given no indication of when/if products would be in stock again. Confused why products were still available on the website to purchase even though they were out of stock. Very doubt I will use USC again.
