my item's we're covered in black marks because the didn't come with any internal packaging only the outer packaging and one of my item's was a plane white shirt

I paid for next day delivery and received my parcel 3 days later! Think it’s a disgrace that you have to pay to collect from the shop, yes you get a £5 voucher but would rather have my £5 cash that it cost to get it delivered to shop!!! And to top it off 1 of the items still as security tag on, so have to go to shop to get it removed!

Terrible customer service. Took a long time to respond which then caused problems for me, and even though I did not open my package I was not allowed to send it back. Awful. Very reluctant to purchase anything from USC again.

Parcel never arrived. Took 5 weeks to process a refund after many emails. Called the customer service department to be told 'don't call customer services we only take emails!' I'll never use USC again, terrible terrible service.

Ordered 2 jumpers paid for next daydeliver day delivery it’s Been a week still nothing came and can’t get in touch to get my money back. Disgrace

I ordered 2 items and 5 days later I received several emails to cancel and then re order 1 item. I was not consulted. I have therefore only received 1 item and paid a full delivery charge for 1 item causing me to have to repay that 5£ delivery charge again to purchase another. I will obviously not be purchasing with USC.

Ordered a parcel, all items in the package were literally just thrown in, no protective packaging round them, I've seen better folded clothes in a wash basket!! Wouldn't order online again!

I shopped with you online because the Leicester shop had swapped the shoes place for a cheaper shoe....when I went to the till they wanted to charge me £60 rather than £28: the hole that the shoe was last in, so it had led me to believe that it was £28 I went online (frustrated) and spent over £200 online to get some new shoes; I was never going to have all of them. I received the shoes and chose a pair that fit me snuggly. It was only at that point when I was wanting to return the other shoes that I found out that I had to pay for them being returned to USC / Sports Direct Head Office. I tried to return them to a local Sports Direct shop and they refused doing it. I said to them what about if I return them myself to USC in Leicester and they told me I couldn’t. I have used a lot of online shopping (ie John Lewis, Curry’s, etc) and they are all FREE returns, so why are you different?? It cost me with insurance (to insure me against the postage company losing it) nearly £14 It’s the last time I ever go to Sports Direct / USC if you don’t return me the postage cost

I bouht shoes basing on the size info on the website. I've received smaller shoes. I'm wiriting store since last spring, and received so many ridiculous answers. Finally they wrote me that I can return shoes to get my money back. I did it and now USC writes me that the return was rejected, because it should be returned within 28 days of receipt of the order - WTF? USC workes do not keep their words, cheats, lies & treat customers like a fools. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

I still haven’t received my order. I think USC should take a look at their logistics provider as this is one of the worst customer experiences I have had.

Shit Sent me wrong size 5 days before my son went back to school done nothing to resolve!!! Stay well clear most unprofessional people I’m disgusted they couldn’t resolve even though error from there end Will be going to watch dog and trading standards

Horrendous service. Delivery timescales are diabolical. Sent items that were faulty and then I had to PAY DELIVERY to return these as the store won’t take them back if ordered online. Will definitely not order from here again and will advise others of this.

After ordering and paying for two items online, I was notified that only one item was available. I did not get the opportunity to amend or add to my order which means I must pay the delivery charge again. I am fed up with this as it is not the first time it happens.

Confusion with your Glasgow store not knowing there stock .. then when I ordered online I was suppose to get free delivery being a student but I had to pay £6.99 because of the stores continuous mistake
