Very poor customer service. It took 6 days to get a reply to my email. I can’t speak to anyone as there’s no main customer service number. I’ve rang 2 different stores over a number of days and the numbers just ring out. So I literally cannot speak to anyone in your company by phone!!!!

Absolutelty awful service, my first order and it never got delivered. I choose a parcel shop for the delivery of my order but it was refused by the shop and then just taken back to USC. No explanation, no re-delivery options. If USC couldn't deliver to my choice of shop then why allow me to choose them as a delivery option when I placed my order. USC don't seem concerned that they haven't been able to fulfil my order, they just took it back and refunded me, how about trying to actually resolve the issue, obviously USC have so many orders that my order really doesn't matter to them. A terrible way to treat customers.

The coat came and was too big upon realising this I had to re-order another one more on, shipping cost and I had to pay to send back the one that was too big. It’s fair to say I will not be ordering anything else from you website and it too expensive on shipping cost. I would of rather drove to one of your stores which isn’t far away from where I live it would of been a lot cheaper but once again the product I wanted wasn’t even in that store... all round not very impressed.

Not happy ordered trainers for my young ones bday, got an email saying they have been collected by Hermes, I checked parcel status everyday and it said order placed, never received them, then got an email saying - Our couriers have been unable to deliver your goods and as a result your order has been returned to sender. Your order has automatically been refunded in full, please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to apear in your account. Not happy at all

DREADFUL. The Ryanair of Retail. Ordered three items clearly as a set. A day and a half later they emailed to say that only one item was in stock. I emailed to cancel, but USC sent the one item any way. I am now refusing to collect the parcel and am waiting for a full refund. Postage at £5.99 is hideously expensive. Customer service is slow and poor (all via email, when they can be bothered to respond) Will never shop from here again - worst online retailer I've ever used. It's cheap for a reason...

I bought a sneaker on Saturday 19th 2019 and paid for next day delivery. With the impression that I will receive it by Monday 21st at most but I didn’t!!!! It was meant to come with Hermes delivery company. I called Hermes on Monday but was told to wait for 48hrs for the system to reboot (whatever that mean) I tracked it with the number provided but the tracking info was limited ( showed that the parcel is now at Hermes depot) but then I asked Hermes why won’t they deliver since it’s with them but I was told I have to wait for them to get in touch with their local depot. I complained to USC but couldn’t get any reasonable explanation. Mind you someone was meant to travel with the parcel on Saturday morning. I followed it up again on Thursday but was told again by Hermes to wait for 48hrs again!!!!!!! I had to call back USC to cancel the order but I was told that they will need to hear from Hermes before making the decision. This was on Friday 25th. Now here’s the funny part on Saturday around 16:39 I got a text and email that “my parcel had been delivered to a secure location” I went outside but couldn’t find a thing. So am waiting till tomorrow 28th to call USC The worst experience ever especially using Hermes as a delivering company!!!!

Your courier threw my parcel over my back wall as I wasn't in. The parcel landed in an unreachable gap between my sheb and wall. It said on their tracking it was left in a safe place. When I asked where I was told he left it at my back door even though I don't have a back door. It took over a week to discover where it was. My neighbour seen me searching and told me she seen the courier launch it into the air when she came out to take the parcel in. The items were fine but I would change your courier. Really unprofessional service.

Delivered to a neighbour, after going to every neighbour in the street and having no luck emailed them and was told because their drivers gps showed as being in the street i must contact my payment provider for a refund and no replacement will be sent. On further notice they have sent my parcel to an address in wales and i live in Scotland. Customer service is terrible and ive been left out of pocket and wasted so much time on the phone, sending emails or going door to door lookig for a parcel that they have failed to deliver to my address.

Awful. Had tags attached still to items so couldn’t use. Then had to PAY to return item to them because they don’t allow you to return online purchases in store! Won’t be using again. Plus the items seemed worse quality than the same item from a different store. Maybe sports direct (USC) have some specific models they sell and the manufacturer uses worse materials in order to get their prices down... wouldn’t be surprised really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible. Never again. USC is basicallly sports direct with a shiny new label.

Orded item on 15/1...today is the 25/1 still have not received the item...no way of phoning them and will not accept the e-mail...and they took the money out of out account on the 17/1!!!

Hello, I bought 2 pairs of trainers from your store in Inverness which was fine, the staff were friendly & helpful, unfortunately one pair of trainers had to be returned after a week or so as the sole started to split from the upper, I tried to return them with the original receipt as they were not fit for purpose. Originally I was told they could not be returned as they were not in the original box, the sales assistant spoke to the manager who said they would accept them but only in exchange for a credit note. After looking into this further I discovered this is not legal, the goods being faulty should have been exchanged right away for a full refund. I have shopped in this store several times and was always happy with the products & service, however this occasion left me very disappointed and reluctant to shop there again. Regards Kevin Geddes

I received my Calvin Klein top last week with 2 pair of shoes. My slidders were perfect but my top had marks all down the front and arm. I emailed your selfs 10 days ago, got offered 20% off and now haven’t got a reply. Baring in mind I would only have so many days to send this back? I love the top but don’t want to risk keeping it, putting it in the washer for the marks not to come out.

Received an email asking “how was my USC experience”. Well it’s been nearly 2 weeks and still no parcel, and the USC system clearly can’t identify an orders not complete before asking for feedback! #whatajoke. It’s fair to say I won’t be using them again, and can understand why their local shop to me had to close. Poor service and clearly poor management.

How USC CHEATS and ROBS its clients DO NOT SHOP IN THERE! In April 2018 I did some shopping at usc.co.uk. It turned out, that items were misdescribed on the web and I received the shoes in other size, that presented on the web. It was clear for me that I can simply return them to get a refund. Unfortunately USC CS employees (Caroline & Rebecca) did everything to avoid responsibility for that for a months (they did not see any problem) and make this return as much as possible difficult. Finally, in September 2018 (after 5 months of writing complaints to USC CS) I got an information that I can return the shoes (no clear return deadline were provided) to get my money back (shoes and postage costs), which I did in December 2018. Surprisingly, 04/01/2019 USC CS did not accept the return using the arguments which totally did not apply to my case (e.g. "return policy is 28 days" etc.) and claimed that the shoes were sent me back on 04/01/2019. USC CS did not even make an effort to provide me any tracking number/postal company’s name. Summing up, I have been triple cheated by the USC: 1. USC sold me misdescribed goods, avoided responsibility for that for a months, making the return as much as possible difficult, 2. USC asked me to return the shoes to give my money back, which I did but USC did not keep the word given, 3. USC claimed, that sent me the shoes back on 04.01.2019, without providing any package/tracking number, It's 24/01/2019 and I didn't get the shoes back. It's 24/01/2019, 10 months since my first complaint, and I still did not get any refund and I did not receive the shoes back.
