“Totally disgusted with service. ordered a package on 15th of April and it’s been 2 weeks I am still waiting with no updates or contacts from your courier service . Amazingly Hermès (courier service) had an update on the 19th of April that my parcel is delayed and allow 24 hours to process. Since that day nothing has happened. They don’t have a contact number or an email where I can contact them. I wonder whether they are based on Mars and I should contact NASA to contact them or they are getting material from heaven , handpicked and prepared by angels which is why it’s taking time. You guys have ruined my holidays. It could had been better.”

“I called your customer service team on 4 occasions with waits up to 30 minutes and never got through to anyone. No luck with email either, no response to my last email for the last 6 days. Returns policy is an absolute headache, in-store credit only and if you want a refund you have to return to the warehouse at customers expense. I can't even say your customer service is bad, because it is absolutely non existent. Could you please respond to me and get my issue resolved.”

“Clothes tend to be on the small side so order a size up. My 9 year old is slim but tall for her age and has muscly thighs as she does Highland dancing - the age 11-12 leggings I got are too small. Also, delivery is pretty slow so give a week if you’re needing your order for a specific date. Prices are good and designs too.”

“Ordered £50 worth of items for my holiday to New York after 2 weeks Still did not receive my items. Called customer services they was as helpful as dead fish!! Absolutely useless told me they don’t know how long it will be!! Quick enough to take my money but nearly 3 weeks to deliver!! Never again!! Absolutely awful service!!”
