“I chose Calvin Klein multipacks for my two grandchildren. These were the best price out there, postage fast and packed well. All without a hitch and this at their busiest time of year. Just what I wanted and the boys were very pleased”

“Paid £8 for delivery and got the email and a text to say it would be delivered on the 28th by dpd but it didn’t get delivered till the 29th. Also one of the things I ordered already has a hole in it and I’ve had it for just under a week”

“Awful experience from start to end. Jacket purchased wasn’t available in store so they advised ordering online. Unfortunately the jacket did not fit and no other sizes available. We were only offered an exchange or credit note. The credit note is not even on a gift card, it’s printed on cheap till paper and gift cards can’t be bought with it. The customer service in shop was awful.”

“made the purchase on 26th December. paid for 'next day delivery'. I had an email on 29th December that says my order has been collected, but with the Hermes reference I have been given, their website says they're still waiting for the item from yourselves A week later, I am still waiting for my purchase, even though I have already been charged. I have emailed and tweeted you and not had any response. Will not be using you again”

“Placed order for 6 pairs of trainers n got email saying they'd be delivered on the 27th Dec waited in all day n then one saying the 28th n waited again all day n nothing so got in contact with both usc and DPD usc said courier had picked them up n DPD says they'd only received order n hadn't picked up so then gets email saying delivery would now be the 31 st Dec n then on the 30th Dec I get email saying they'd be delivered between 15.41 n 16.41 that day so not amused as I had to cut short my trip so I didn't miss the delivery”

“The product is good, but the way the company works is appalling. £5 delivery charge for click and collect. Which I can only collect from sports direct. So the £5 voucher I got is a sports direct one which is useless!! And then I see another product I would like to buy in store but it’s priced up £10 more in store than online. I’m not going to but it online as I’ll have to pay for postage again. The shop tell me they can only match the online price if I pay £4.99 postage even though I’m buying it there and then. Con company! Absolutely disgusting! What kind of business works like this? If I didn’t already know that is was owned by Mike Ashley, I’d have guessed by the way it operates”

“As always the garments are good quality but I was not amused by the courier company. Emailed to say I could collect my item on the Thursday but was not able to collect until the following Monday.”
