Ordered & paid for shoes. Whilst awaiting delivery I had an email from PayPal to say monies had been refunded. Then received a email from USC saying that the order had been cancelled as I’d changed my mind. Took 3 days for me to get any kind of response to be told there had been a mix up at the warehouse. Refunded the shoes value but not delivery charge even though I never cancelled the order. I now have been fully refunded but still haven’t got the shoes & I’m a bit hesitant about reordering them

Item arrived with security tags still on. 2 emails and nothing. Another item missing from parcel - oops was out of stock email......not very impressed

USC charge for delivery which takes over a eights days to arrive, then do not accept refunds from the same USC store I am collecting the items from. I now have to pay to send the items back to you and wait for over ten days to be refunded. SHOCKING. I will never purchase a click and collect from USC and I will do my best not to buy from the store.

It’s a week now since you were supposed to deliver my package and it’s not here. I’ve had no response from your customers services. Hermes sent me a text indicating they would deliver between 7 pm and 9 pm. Then they turned up at 1pm and wondered why I was not in. They don’t appear to have been back and there’s no way of contacting them either

poor poor service. paid for quick delivery. items didnt arrive for 3 days And id paid over £300 for items for a birthday gift. Customers services is shocking

Appalling service, firstly you sent the wrong size, no reply from customer service email. Just short of £14 to return the boots.

Shocking service - purchased a number if items online - most weren't as described so had to send back, but after paying £6 for delivery, you then have to pay to RETURN them! Utter joke and will never use USC again

We received our order however the items received had stickers on the showing a deal of 2 packs for £55 where as we paid £76 for the two packs. If you are going to sell them at a different prices why send them out with the discounted price on them? Was very disappointed with the email I received when I questioned this!

I bought 2xl tshirts, I got one that was a small and one that was a large and one a complete different colour to what i ordered, all though the receipt in the package stated what i had ordered and sizes..... had to return them to a local store. Seems like the person who sorted my order needed to go back to school and learn how to read properly

The order came the teeshirt had all black marks on them the bag they were in were dusty and dirty i paid 4.99 deliever and had to return them to a store

I ordered on the 6th of August, and I have received absolutely nothing. Customer service has been poor, with no reply to my query through the form on your website or twitter. There is no way to contact you.

Absolutely Appalling, I placed the order and used a credit note towards the payment, the payment was taken from both the credit note and also my bank account, the order never went through and the credit note has not had the money put back on, and also the part payment from my bank has not been refunded. I have phoned customer services on various occasions and they have STILL NOT refunded the amount. Therefore I now cannot purchase what I initially ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I must say, USC used to be really good, but I'm astounded of how bad it was this time. First, all the sizes were smaller than anticipated (I am XXL). The wrapping was really poor, as if someone just threw clothes in a bag. What's worse though is that in 2020, you have to pay for postage, AND for return! I tried to take them to a USC shop, but they refused to take them back, offering only a store credit if I did leave it in the store. Who does that in 2020? USC please take lessons from your competitors and treat your customers as you should! I won't be buying from USC any time soon.

If you want your stuff to come rolled up in a ball then perfect for you. After a wash and iron they were fine. I wont ever use the website again
