“I had trouble trying to activate my dads sim, they responded promptly by email, but I needed additional help so I contacted them through the chat. And that was even more prompt! Mukesh Kumar responded immediately and handled everything so quick, I’m actually surprised by the customer service. Would definitely recommend”

“Can definitely recommend US Mobile. Kamran Zafar was a huge help out in supporting my number transfer from their GSM to Super LTE network. Very courteous and helpful. My starter kit also shipped very fast and got to my house on time! If you're looking for a cheap alternative to traditional networks with great service look no further than Us Mobile!”

“The best service EVER! Amna was the name of my service rep. I was amazed and oh so happy about the great customer service. I had installed and activated the wrong sim card and had messed up my service. the tech was so gracious and helped me fix it. Customer service is a foreign concept to most cellular carriers. US Mobile is bringing it back! thank you!!!!”

“Was having an issue with data on a couple of our phone lines and contacted them to see if they could fix it. Took literally 2 minutes, super fast and easy. I used their chat feature which is really easy to use. The rep I talked with was Mukesh Kumar. They were also able to get me the info I needed for my account perks as well. Been loving our service with them and would highly suggest them.”

“Excellent first experience with customer support! I had forgotten my voicemail password and was able to speak with a customer service rep over chat who quickly resolved the problem. Start to finish was less than 10 minutes. I can't think of any other time that I've gotten a resolution that fast with *any* business. Thank you!”

“I just signed up for USMobile, and I have to say they're super fast on getting my number ported from T-Mobile. The customer service chat was FANTASTIC. Fiza Shah, was extremely friendly and personable. I sincerely hope they keep up with this level of service. My only "cons" are, you cannot customize your Caller ID Name (CNAM) and you cannot change your plan in the middle of your current plan. Otherwise, so far so good.”

“24/7 online customer support was super helpful and quick. I had a complicated situation but Mukesh Kumar stuck through it with me for 45+ minutes. She was really resourceful and persistent to help me identify the problem. I now have phone service after 1+ week of feeling like I live underground!”
