Customer service was great! All it took was to open up the chat window (the website is really nicely done btw) and I could instantly start talking to a rep. The responses were quick and they were very knowledgeable!

I initially had trouble receiving text messages. I went to the on-line chat center for help. Ayesha spent MORE THAN ONE HOUR with me helping me out. He kept at it until the issue was resolved. Excellent service!

Don't waste your time & money !!!!! After 2 days of trying to activate the Super LTE network with various reps doing different settings they said my phone was not compatible, even after their own system said it was....so I was told to activate on the GSM network, after set up completion around 8:30 pm i did a few test to insure everything was okay, verified that internet connection was up and running, afterwards I turned my Wi-Fi back on, the next day before 9 am my internet stopped working, I called CS again and was told you guess it....I was out of data...I had used 2.5 gb in less than 13 hours, mostly overnight, in my sleep ! They provided me a "report" of my data usage that showed 20mb being used about every minute...weird right ???? My previous plan was 20 gb...never have I used more than 8 to 10 gb in a month...but somehow I can use 2.5 gb overnight on Wi-Fi ? The best part was when I wanted to port my number back to my old carrier, I chatted with CS to get my account # and pin....CS.....after a few mundane and smartly postponing remarks his answer....I can’t give you that information, I will send you a email. So I called CS, after answering 20 questions......his answer.....I can't give you that information, we will send you a email! So I had to move out of my spot on my carrier until the email arrive since the place was packed and I felt it was not right to keep other customer waiting... The service itself had a few dropped calls which I had never experienced with my real carrier and the phone would read "Emergency Calls Only" which seems to me it was losing network connection. No mms will work without data...so after calling about my messages not working i was giving a whooping 100mb of complementary data....which worked for a few days...... If you want a Headache ......Go Ahead !!!!!!!!!

I have never experienced such great customer service as I have today from Mr. Hassaan. He helped me solved my texting issue. he is a very great guy. 100% recommend him. thank you Hassaan thank you USmobile.

Price is good, Live Chat is the BEST! Fiza Shah really helped me get unscrambled when I needed to switch plans. He made it all work out. fixed my new plan just the way I wanted. FAST!!!

US Mobile is not just head and shoulders above other wireless providers — they are an entire human length above. There's no comparison. Consistently excellent customer service available anytime on chat with friendly, professional agents — like Fiza Shah today who blew me away with friendly, sweet, and humorous service! The price is outstanding. The customizability is unlike any other wireless company. I started out by ordering 1 SIM kit to try and while data didn't end up working on that phone (it's a phone from another country), talk and text worked perfectly. Because it didn't work, they refunded my whole Unlimited plan bill with no questions. I ended up coming back a few weeks later after I got a compatible phone, and it works flawlessly and quick on the Verizon network with Unlimited and Ludicrous speed. After that I ordered 3 more SIM kits, so I can have separate numbers for my private contacts, public dealings, and work. By mistake only 1 kit arrived in the envelope as an oversight, and I just jumped onto the chat and a rep sent it out right away via FedEx for free with no hassle, all in just a few minutes. Activated the foreign phone with just talk and text for only $11 with tax a month, perfect for my needs. The customer service at this company is hard to find these days, ESPECIALLY in the wireless industry. I'm leaving Sprint after years of terrible service and being overcharged... I'm literally saving $50 monthly and have TWO lines with US Mobile. I'm bringing my mother over too from Tmobile and she'll be saving about $40 a month. The savings, customer service, quality, and accessibility cannot be beat. This is the best wireless company and is definitely the way of the future. I tell everyone about US Mobile and am so happy I found them after trying other budget carriers which were terrible — Google Fi and Freedom Pop, both of whom were nickle and diming, terrible service, and Google Fi broke FCC regulations — nooo thank you. US Mobile is premium service at discount rates and customizing options to suit your every whim. So happy that going out of the country is easy and affordable too, that's another major plus for me. LOVE THIS COMPANY. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING WORK!

Customer support was excellent. Technical help was also. Unfortunately me cell service was intermittent. T Mobile was the carrier. That was a major issue. Very nice people to work with.

i was having trouble activating my phone and porting my number. But when I contacted customer service, they helped to resolve the issue and get my phones working (i was activating 2 lines)
