“Customer service was great, but the activation process was glitchy. The agent confirmed my device was compatible but the website rejected it so agent provided alternate IMEI number to use, then to clear the error I guessed that a browser page refresh would help and that worked. Then the carrier pin or account number I entered was later the cause of a "hold" on the activation, although there was no indication that was a problem on screen or even after submitting the activation request which included porting my ph number from Verizon.”

“I used US Mobile for my business phone and never had an issue connected anywhere. The customer service, all done online for me, was exceptional. The only downside for me was that with their service and my phone, I could not receive visual voicemail but was a minor inconvenience. Upon exiting my business, I canceled my service and Omema handled it quickly and efficiently.”

“USMobile is a wonderful company! As well as providing the amazing blessing of this truly budget friendly phone service, their customer service is top notch. They make themselves very accessible, and I never feel rushed or as though I am an annoyance, though I am new to much cell phone technology. It's great to be able to actually speak to a person, too, as well as having the online chat option. Every time I have needed help, they are so very kind and patient, as well as efficient and competent. Today I had a lovely conversation with Nobel, a young (I assume! :-) ) man, who has all of these attributes in spades. Thanks to you, Nobel, for your help today, and to USMobile for making it possible for me to have an affordable cell phone plan. Bless your company!”

“My phone was defective, but I didn't know that. I had such a hard time getting cell phone service after upgrading my phone. The US Mobile Customer Service Team worked so hard, day after day troubleshooting with me. Turns out, I needed my new phone replaced! The team was so helpful, so knowledgeable and so friendly. Today Omema helped me switch SIM networks AGAIN after trying both LTE and GSM to see if one might work better over the other (neither worked because the phone was defective) and was so knowledgeable, timely, helpful, and friendly! I absolutely love US Mobile.”

“Omema was very helpful in walking me through the transfer of my flip phone number to an old Iphone. It sounds simple but in this case, it wasn't, at least for me. USmobile has great customer service.”

“I have used US Mobile for several years. It's been great as I could choose my plan that fits me and top off when I use a little bit more. Over the years rates and plans magically seem to get better and better as they've started to streamline their services. But no matter the change, the customer service has always been stellar. A CSR rep was able to ship me a new SIM card after my other no longer worked (I was overseas for a year). The new SIM card came 1.5 days earlier than expected. After I waited 24 hours to reactivate my account I got in touch with Omema via chat, he came through and pushed my activation along and it's like I never left. Thanks to everyone at US Mobile for being rockstars! Happy Holidays to you and your family.”
