“They're great! Usman was my chat agent. He helped me apply a coupon code I forgot to apply when I added my plan to my new sim card. They are very friendly & helpful on chat (I've used the chat tool a few times for assistance with my order) and I was able to reach them by phone too. I received my sim card quickly and I saved money on the sim card as well as the monthly plan with coupon codes. Their plans are affordable and you can even customize your plan to fit your needs.”

“I chatted online to have a variety of account questions answered about my phone service. Mukesh Kumar was incredibly patient and thorough. I've had to use US Mobile's online tech chat several times recently and they give excellent service. I'm so happy we made the switch from [a different company with a big name].”

“Mukesh Kumar was my chat agent. I had gotten an replacement sim and couldn't access my voicemail. Mukesh stayed with me until I was able to get the messages and then told me how to change the voicemail password.”

“Very affordable and reliable service. Nice customer care that will help resolve any problem you have. I spoke to a very helpful representative by the name of Omema who answered all of my questions and helped activate my SIM card. I have 3 lines with US Mobile and will continue using the service and recommending it to friends. Thank you so much!”

“Have been a customer of US mobile for over a year and I have been very satisfied with their level of customer service. My previous carrier cell phone finally died and I had to obtain a new one, although my new phone was not compatible with the standard sim from US Mobile, the very helpful service technician Mukesh Kumar was able to help me set up my new sim card, get me up and running in minutes and help me test the lines shared with my family. Thank you US Mobile and the helpful online service techs!”

“I had sooo many questions and Omema was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The only thing I don't like is that I have to send in my receipt each month to get a credit for the perks......I would think there would be a much easier way to do this! Omema was so helpful! Thank you!”

“I've been a customer with US Mobile for about 4 years now, I believe. I've always been very happy with them, both as my main service provider while I still lived in the states, and as my service provider when I visit the states now that I've moved abroad. I needed some assistance with reactivating a sim card today, and Omema helped me out very quickly! Thank you to both Omema and US Mobile!”
