“WOW, what fantastic customer service!!! Syed Maroof spent hours helping me to find solutions to my mobile mess. I am not at all confident in my own technical abilities but I know if the rest of the employees at us mobile are like her, I will be able to figure out anything phone related! “Mukesh Kumar was my online chat help today. He was extremely helpful, informative and patient - bravissimo. My new sim is in and he stayed on the chat until the phone was fully functional! Now - THAT - is service!”

“Mukesh Kumar helped me today. I could not find my phone. I wanted to know if someone had been using it. Mukesh found that it had been used yesterday but not today. She let me know that I could look at a usage log. She was going to set it up and let me know how to access it. As I was waiting for her my granddaughter found the phone outside. I was very happy with Mukesh help. It is good to know that I can have access to a usage log. US Mobile is a great company. Thanks”

“Arsalan helped trouble shoot why I wasn't getting service - it took awhile because in the end we found the sim card dead, but she went thru all of the steps and was execellent at explaining what needed to be done!”
