“Not a customer yet but I've been researching cheap phone plans to save some money. Came across US mobile and their plans and offerings look excellent. The website is very informative and gives pretty much all the info that you need. Still I had some questions so used the chat feature to get connected to the help desk. I was connected to Kamil Khan and he was more than helpful to answer all my questions to my complete satisfaction. This made my choice very easy, going ahead and ordering my started kit. Oh, yes the starter kit is free ( you pay for the shipping).”

“I couldn't be happier with US Mobile. I have more than enough on my plan, it's literally half the price of my old plan with Verizon, and the customer service is exceptional. Kamil Kahn assisted me by chat with a voicemail issue and it was resolved in under 1 minute. I have never had any signal issues. I can't recommend US Mobile enough.”

“I reactivated my US Mobile SIM today. It had expired. What a stupid mistake on my part. US Mobile not only uses the best networks with the best coverage but their plans are perfect for my needs. What really made me return was the customer service. I has assisted by Kamil Khan. My reactivation was not simple because I was using an SIM that had expired. Kamil lead me through the entire process effortlessly. Thank you Kamil. You are the reason I am going to stick with US Mobile.”
