“I had a minor set up issue with my mobile hot-spot and they had it fixed in less than five minutes with only a brief online chat. it's not a person talking to you over the phone but it worked great and they were courteous, and most importantly solved the problem quickly. The service is great and signal works good. data speeds are never an issue and the price is great. we got our SIM cards quickly and though set up didn't go perfectly smooth they got us up and running quickly. I'm really pleased with this service and we've had it now for a couple of month.”

“Customer service is so helpful and the are kind patient and fast every issue I have had they have fixed for me very very quickly the prices are reasonable and I love the mix and match plans and how easy it is to add data minutes and texts during the month when you have run out they have me my refund and they were fast about getting it back the service is just as reliable as all of the other carriers out there”

“When I had trouble getting my new SIM card to work in an old phone, the chat agent, (Salar A.) was fantastically patient and resourceful, helping me through lots of detailed steps to solve the problem which is only caused by my rural location, not the US Mobile technology. Really, the agent was excellent! Thank you!”
