“I think whoever founded this company must have come from a great tech support background, because their support is the best of any telecom company I've ever dealt with. My issues always get resolved on the first contact, whether I phone them or use online chat. Surprisingly, this is also the lowest I've ever paid for cell service, and I love their a la carte sales model. I just feel happy every time I log in, because their website is so well-organized, and if I need help, they solve my problem right away.”

“Porting my number over from Tracfone to US Mobile. Trafcone made it a nightmare, but US Mobile was very helpful and patient. The chat representative, Aaron Wylie, assisted me through the process and was very responsive.”

“After having a tough time using my Galaxy note 8 from T mobile i called support and Kamil the support tech guided me through the process step by step he was very patience knowledgeable and gave me everything possible option to repair my phone and fix the problem. I love US mobile over all carrers they are reliable affordable and the people there rock. I would reccomend US mobile to all my friends and clients. Thank you Kamil for being such a patience and knowlegable person.”
