“After having a tough time using my Galaxy note 8 from T mobile i called support and Kamil the support tech guided me through the process step by step he was very patience knowledgeable and gave me everything possible option to repair my phone and fix the problem. I love US mobile over all carrers they are reliable affordable and the people there rock. I would reccomend US mobile to all my friends and clients. Thank you Kamil for being such a patience and knowlegable person.”

“Used CHAT to set up and port my Verizon number over to US Mobile. Kamil Khan...cool name.... was knowledgeable and walked me thru every step until I had the line ported and working. Great job to Kamil and US Mobile's customer service 10s all around.”

“I just re-activated my service with US Mobile because I like the quality of service and pricing. I was needing help with the re-activation and Kamil Khan was outstanding and patient with resolving my difficulty (first by Chat, then by Phone). Thanks for the great help. “I have been using US Mobile for over a year. I have loved the ease of service for my kids to have very basic and safe phones to use when they are out and about for school or sports activities. I have never had issues with customer service and LOVE the chat system. Kamil Khan was very helpful today and troubleshooted my problem as quickly as possible. We were able to come up with a solution.”
