“I highly recommend US Mobile. Out of all the carriers I have used they offer the best pricing and service. Their tech support is always available and they know what they are doing. Kamil Khan helped me today and resolved my problem and provided excellent, responsive customer service. I highly recommend them!”

“Kamil K. was a voodoo magic rock star in helping me clear my new iPhone of a corrupt APN. I can now receive and SEND MMS messages, when I couldn't before. This was not a small issue, as I read of this being a problem for many new iPhone users using many different carriers. Well done, Kamil and US Mobile support! Keep up the good work!”

“I am a new customer with US Mobile. I had a question about my phone settings - It showed "Roaming Indicator Off" instead of the network name. I spoke with Kamil Khan through the virtual chat. He was super kind, very knowledgeable, and tried everything he could to solve the issue. He verified with his team that there isn't an issue on the back end with this message and all services are expected to be working properly. He informed me that is not a service issue and more likely a device issue (which could probably be resolved with a factory reset or software upgrade). Thanks again for the help!”

“Great service at a great price. Nice being able to customize my rate plan to my specific needs. I was also able to make adjustments as my usage need changed. Kamil Khan was great providing technical support. He knew what the problem was right away and knew exactly how to resolve it. He walked me through a process that I would not have been able to resolved on my own. Excellent technical support by him.”

“Had a problem send pictures to Android users (I use an iPhone). Tried many things, never got it resolved. Chatted with Aaron Wylie in their Customer Support group, and in under an hour, it was resolved perfectly. He provided exact step-by-step directions to get the job done. Very knowledgeable, very customer friendly, and he has a great sense of humor, which since we were in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, was greatly appreciated! In addition, what else I love about US Mobile is their plan setup. Most flexible in the industry. Do a lot of texting but little talking and little data? Buy a plan that supports that. Don't ever use data? Configure your plan that way. AND, you can change it every month, as your needs change. AND if you run out of something like data, you can 'top up' for that month alone, at any time, without changing your basic plan. In short, I could not be happier with my cell company than I am with US Mobile.”
