“I had a good chat today with Hasnain H. I had to port my numbers over to US Mobile and he helped me with wiping the sims so I could input my info for porting. It did not take long as I expected. Thank you, I'm hoping for continued good service as I received today.”

“I have been using US Mobile services for short time. However, I would like to recognize the Great Customer Service experiences I have had over the time of being a US Mobile consumer. Each experience I had with support has lead me to a super satisfactory as they are quick to respond, in addition quick into solving or resolving the problems of accounting issues or phone services issues. Keep up the great work, and please forward this to the CS support team. Thank you.”

“Saved me a ton of money, its just like having one of the big named cell phone carriers without the cost. The loss of benefits offered is easily outweighed by the cost. US mobile even offers many of the free things that Verizon and or AT&T are offering”

“My android updated and briefly left me without internet. Kamil Kahn was able to help solve my issue quickly and efficiently over chat. He had me back surfing the web in 5 minutes. I have been very pleased with US mobile (FAR cheaper than my previous carrier) and the customer service has been excellent.”
