“We have been with US Mobile for over a year now. The service has been excellent and tech support has been very quick and helpful when needed. Just today I needed support, and Kamil Khan was very pleasant to work with and provided excellent service. My past experiences with support have also always been positive. I highly recommend US Mobile.”

“Great quick service, I really love the dashboard. Never have issues with talking or texting, speeds are fast and reliable. I often have service with US Mobile when other people have little or no service. I use the LTE service which uses the Verizon Towers. Much less than Verizon I am paying like $20 for a plan that would be at least $50 on Verizon.”

“Excellent company with excellent service. One of the very few companies that offers live 24hr online chat. Reps are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I initially contacted them to port out my number and move to another service provider that "technically" was offering a cheaper price of service when you bundle their plan and paid for 3months in advance. The US Mobile rep offered a very good discount that essentially allows me to have accouple of their bonus service add-ons basically for free. I appreciated the effort of the REP to keep me with their company, so I changed my mind and ended up staying with them. Highly recommend.”

“Got my sims cards free just like they said. Had a problem with getting the sims to work and a problem with transferring the number from the white sims to the black sims. YasirZ with the on line customer service was awesome! walked me though everything to set up the black sims with my phone and by passing the issue i was having with the phone that other companies said wasn't possible! Thanks again YasirZ!!”
