“Best service I have ever found. It is the only service that actually works here in my home. And when I had an issue with my hotspot I contacted us mobile and Aaron Wylie helped me and he was great. He fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He was great.”

“US Mobile offers great coverage and easy setup. In terms of customer service, I had a quick question about text roll-overs which was answered very quickly. Aaron Wylie, my customer service attendant, explained the situation and gave me the texts I had thought would roll over from the month before. The US Moblie chatting feature within the app is really great for these kinds of customer service questions. Definitely a 5-star worthy company!”

“Great pricing, superb customer service, all the features I want and none of the extras ($$$) I don't! If you are looking for a single line, quit messing around with deals that only save you money if you buy four phones or whatever! US Mobile makes saving money with a single line a piece of cake!”

“The plan was superb and everything went smoothly. CS was great and Kamil Khan helped me make sure that I went from AT&T to US Mobile LTE Step-by-Step. I now have a great phone plan with internet service and at a fraction of the cost of going to a regular phone company. I am very satisfied with this company and hope to be with this company for many years to come. Everything was done manually but it truly is worth it and worth the wait and patience.”

“US mobile is the most transparent, flexible and clear network operator I have used. Their online dashboard is extremely intuitive and you can customize your plan as per your need and budget. The network performance overall is good but I did face some issues with calls and SMSs not being received in the Philadelphia (University City) region, therefore had to port out. What makes US Mobile stand out among the sea of MVNOs is that their online customer support is absolutely top notch, never did I face any issue with my queries not being resolved. All of the support people were extremely courteous and helpful and resolved any issues as quickly as possible. When the time came to port out I really appreciated the smooth process. I received the port out information within minutes of contacting the customer support online, the person assisting, Haroon S. was extremely professional and understanding. I have seen many people from different MVNOs struggling to get the port out information, in that sense US Mobile services are highly commendable. Thank you Haroon and US Mobile!”

“Customer service is excellent! I asked a simple question if my EMEI was compatible but was informed that ther were updating their servers at the time. Kamil Khan hooked me up with extended customer service to make sure that I was informed of the compatibility after their update was complete!”

“I am new to US Mobile and I am so glad that I made the switch from Verizon. The voicemail feature on my IPhone stopped working and today I chatted with Kamil Khan. Kamil fixed the problem in one minute flat. I told him that he was a genius and he is. He was helpful, professional, didn't rush me and happily answered all of my questions. I'm a big fan of US Mobile!”
