“Im just transferring over from Simple Mobile to US Mobile and I have to say, already Ive noticed a huge difference in customer service and care and concern. Simply, (haha) its people who want to make sure your, my experience with US Mobile is the best it can be. Sincerity speaks volumes, especially in a business that is not typically known for its authenticity and generosity. The times been brief, but i can see a long future with US Mobile!”

“To hum it may concern I would like to thank you for your service ever since I have joined your service I have been treated great and with respect by all of your team today Kamil K. helped me and he was very helpful your service is the best for me I'm a Captain on a ship and I'm in India at the moment when I have been out of the country your plan allows me to reduce my plan and still keep my phone number without the high cost of regular cell phone services this is the most important to me once again I want to thank you and your team for the service and support you have given me Claud Cox”

“I have had excellent customer service each time I've set up family members on an account. From asking several questions before switching providers to the actual account setup. I appreciate the availability of 24/7 customer service. This evening I worked with Kamran S. to complete another account setup and he was prompt and professional. The availability of plans that allow purchasing minutes only is wonderful and a blessing for my parents, who only want phones for talking! No texting, no data, just plain and simple talking!!! This also is a savings for them monthly by not paying for services they were never using. The ordering and delivery of the sim kits went very well and I received them within 2-3 days using standard delivery. Thank you for being a great business to work with!”

“This is a good, solid, low-cost, high value cell phone service. Customer service is really excellent and they get things fixed when needed (my most recent was a new activation with Kamil Khan, very helpful indeed). I run two business lines and two personal lines through US Mobile and it works great. I highly recommend this service - ADH”
