“I won't comment about the company just yet because I've been with them for less than a month and have had several problems. However, I will say that Nobel's service was top notch! Professional, patient, clear and easy to understand. He had a great command of the English language and was super knowledgeable in both hardware and software. He fixed my problem and never got frustrated with me or the situation. Thanks Nobel! You rock. May God bless you!”

“I have used US Mobile for some secondary lines I’ve had for some years now. I was always so pleased with both the service and the absolutely quick and helpful responses. I referred both my sister and now my daughter and her husband and are in the process of transferring our two main lines over as well. I spoke with Kamil Khan today and he couldn’t have been more helpful! You never feel rushed or like you’re taking too much time with your questions and he went the extra mile to help me. I highly recommend him and this company as well as all the encounters I’ve had with them. To me, customer service means more to me than just about anything in keeping my business. Good job, Kamil, and to US Mobile!”

“Just transfered two lines to US Mobile and it was super easy. I contacted chat right after setting up the transfer online and Kamil Khan checked on the transfers and helped us get set up and ready to use our phones. Working great and we are going to be saving $100 a month. Yeah!”

“Always extremely helpful, professional and efficient at resolving all (of the very few) problems that i had. Most of the issues were user error (my fault). I want to give all of the customer service representative my thanks for their OUTSTANDING service! Kamil Khan has especially helped me with my latest issue regarding carry-over data, and after having the issue resolved, i have gotten a voice mail with some very much needed good news that i've been waiting for regarding an job! Thank you Kamil for you and your supervisors support and understanding in this unprecedented time!”

“We have 3 lines with US Mobile and have been with them about a year now. What I really like about this company is the ability to build my own plan and the customer service! You can call them or livechat with through their website 24-7. Just this morning I had a question and chatted with Kamil Khan. He gets a 5 star rating for his excellent customer service :)”
