Customer service at US Mobile is next to none it's superb in every way possible. Simply said. I had some dim card related issues and spoke with US Usman, who was professional in his approach of the issue he knew the products and services the company provided very well and was sbl6to explain everything to me in a very understandable manner.

Zakria was a very helpful US Mobile tech and did all he could to get my phone to work but he couldn't get it to work. A friend of mine suggested to setting the phone to factory default setting and everything worked fine after that. Hopefully Zakria sees this message, so he can add this to his technical advice.

I am a fairly new customer with US Mobile and just made my first call to make a few adjustments to my 2 lines. I spoke with Usman and he really helped me quite a bit to get on the best plan for my wife and I. He was very helpful, polite and respectful. I appreciate the opportunity to speak with him. Keep up the good work!

Most people don't have alternative phone access, aside from at their jobs, so it feels like a big deal to be out of service. For two weeks. Spending more than 5 hours on the phone, sending more than 10 emails. Being charged extra money to switch between a "Warp 5G" and "GSM LTE" sim card just to see if it works. All while being lied to that this money will be fully refunded. At least, it felt like a big deal to me. When things work, they work, and when they don't you speak to a different customer service person every day who is entirely unfamiliar with what has already been attempted and who made what promises. They don't really seem to understand technology better than the customer, and so they make you jump through the script over and over again. Rather than issue refunds as promised, they will try to give a discount on future service to force you to stay for a few more months. On social media they seem very responsive, but they send a public message and privately never contact you.

We had an issue with our US Mobile acct credit card expiring in two days and trued to put in a different credit card with no success….we called US Mobile and got the most amazing representative, Maryam! She had so much patience, many kind words, so very knowledgeable in her work to help us step by step as what we needed to do!! I kept apologizing for keeping her on the phone so long, but she said no problem! She wanted to help us! It meant so much to us being elderly! We thanked her so much and told her she deserves a raise for being so kind and patient!!!

Iqra Azad was very helpful and polite in answering all of my questions. I recently ported my phone from Verizon to USMobile and I am very happy with this decision. My phone performs the same at USMobile as it did with Verizon, but at a much lower cost. The Service department at UsMobile is the best. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful.
