Zakria was EXCELLENT with helping me reactivate my account with US Mobil. My reactivation was an all day event due to the previous carrier greatly lacked customer service! Zakria did several conference calls in an effort to complete the transaction. He was through, patient, and very professional. He is an instrumental asset to US Mobil!!!!!! Give him a raise please!!!

I ported my for # to US Mobile and there was no connection. I called in and was patiently walked thru the process to connect.

I was having issues with MMS messages when I switched over to US Mobile. I talked to a few techs who were all very nice and tried to help me but when I was finally connected with Nobel he helped me resolve it!! Very happy with US Mobile and their customer service so far. A+

Usman, the man with the plan in Pakistan, was more proactive, adept, socially present, and has a better grasp of the English language PLUS interacting with a different culture, easily,neutrally, and with panache. BIG thanks, Usman, for setting the bar for quick, easy, and congenial customer service! (Thank your parents as well. They did good~)

Very pleased with our switch to USMobile, call quality has been great. I had an issue with receiving MMS messages from emails, but their tech support worked diligently till the issue was resolved.

Vissaam, provided absolutely fantastic Customer Service! I had a lot of trouble with my Voicemail not changing. He staid on the phone and troubleshoot my issue until it was resolved. Vissam is an amazing employee and I hope U.S. Mobile does whatever they can to keep him. I highly recommend a very sizeable raise! Thank you Vissam! Because of you, I am a happy U.S. Mobile customer!

I would like to say I usually don't give reviews, but I am making a point to come to this site to let any one know that the customer service is the best in being patience and polite in helping your customer needs with your service. Novel helped me with a update in my debit card where I forgot to update expiration date and cvv code. He was very patience and very clear in his directions for me to follow on the website. The best part is you are not transferred to multiple agents and spend hours with customer service. One person and mission is complete! The prices re real and very well planned. This is the way service should be and they run off of Verizon and T-mobile towers.

Customer service rep Asim did an excellent job in getting my phones set up with new sim cards and also switched one of my phones from T-Mobile to Verizon. It was a tedious job but he was very patient and gave great instructions to help with everything. I've been very pleased overall with the customer support available. I switched both phones to the pool plan which is a great option for us.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the excellent and professional service provided me today by your representative Saha Noor. I've had an issue that has been plaguing me since beginning service with US Mobile (on number 316-619-6399) just about two months ago. I first encountered the problem the day I activated service and after two live chats and more than 75 minutes on the phone with another representative, I was left with no solution. I was told my case would be escalated to an advanced team but I never heard back from anyone (as I had been promised). Today, I finally gathered the nerve to dive into this issue yet again and was very lucky to connect with Saha Noor! Saha was very patient as I explained my problem and past efforts to resolve it. She was empathetic and asked excellent probing questions to troubleshoot my service. (To make a very long story short) Saha spent the next 2 hours on the phone with me doing all she could to resolve my problem. All the while I found her to be competent, efficient, friendly and calm . Her attitude stayed positive and upbeat and she never made me feel guilty for taking so much of her time. Unlike the previous representatives I interacted with, Saha FIXED my problem! She then fully tested the fix to ensure the solution was solid and that I would not need to call back again. 🙂 After more than 20 years with Verizon Wireless I admit that prior to today I had started to doubt my move to US Mobile. Thanks to the superior support provided by Saha Noor, I can now say that I am VERY confident I made a great decision! Please thank Miss Noor for her outstanding work today. I encourage you to look to her to mentor others in quality customer care!

I had a terrible experience with the online support, luckily I called and Kyzer helped me out. He was great, polite, promised me a callback and he did. He reached me out with a positive resolution and I’m so glad I was able to be helped by him.
