Your associate Areeb Irian was very helpful in establishing a service with US MOBILE, for my wife and I while we are in the USA. Our technical skills are very limited and Areeb was very patient with us in getting us connected to your network. If only all customer service agents were as dedicated and supportive of quality customer service. Areeb’s customer service skills were very much appreciated. Our thanks to Areeb.

Iqra Azad was both professional and very patient as she helped me clear up my confusion over my plan options and billing. The reason I switched my phone service plan was because of the ability to talk directly to a customer representative. It was so refreshing to be able to experience the quality of assistance offered by Iqra! US Mobil will certainly be a successful company because of employees such as Iqra.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Iqra Azad. She was professional and solved my problem with my AUTOPAY which had my old credit card that was lost and then cancelled. I forgot to update the the AUTOPAY with the new credit card information. She got my phone numbers reinstated. I have had AT&T and Verizon and VISIBLE(VERIZON offshoot, which only has CHAT). The customer service at US MOBILE I find to be better and more helpful.

I recently had to call tech support because plain and simple I made some mistakes and screwed my account up. your associate Ghazanfar Ali was incredibly helpful and patient and I could not possibly be happier. Been a customer coming up on a year and a half maybe even 2 years and I tell everyone who will listen how good my experience has been keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service. Fatima was the rep that helped us with an unfortunate situation. We purchased new phones through Pinwheel for our kids. The Samsung phones weren't recognized by the SIM cards that Pinwheel sent with the phones when we tried activating the service online. Initially, Fatima said we needed to wait until Monday to resolve the problem. Unexpectedly, she called us back a couple of hours later and was able to walk us through the setup process over the phone. This was not a standard request for service. Fatima never gave up! If there was something she didn't know, she would put us on a brief hold and get the needed information. I was so impressed from start to finish. Thanks, Fatima!

Wonderful and truthful. The best of the best. Asim has displayed excellent perfection in customer service. The information he provided is very solid and clarifying.
