“After a frustrating 3 day experience of trying to troubleshoot a problem my phone was having with my new sim card, I was able to talk to Nobel over the phone and fix my problem. Not only was he able to fix my problem, he was patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Because of him, I am happy to continue using usmobile. Thank you Nobel and everyone else that helped out with fixing my problem.”

“I was having issues using my mobile data and Arsalan helped me figure out that I was out of balance. But I couldn't even use my internet so it was weird. However, I received a complimentary 50 MB for my trouble. You rock Arsalan!”

“Omema, the agent that helped my was awesome!!! Omema was very patient and understanding. Omema patiently walked me through everything I need to do to resolve my problem. USMobile is a great company with extremely good service and extremely reasonable prices. I cannot recommend it higher, and if you ever have a problem ask for Omema. “Hi, the last agent that I talked was extremely helpful, his name is Mukesh, but I talked to an array of people over chat and really this could have been solved earlier. Mukesh was able to correct an issue that was supposed to be corrected earlier. The company has to work on this a bit.”
