“I have talked with agents but I had one agent that was the best. Nobel Abid was the best agent I have had. I have been going crazy because I need my phone number but he helped my be able to get my number back. So I appreciate US Mobile for such a skilled worker as Nobel Abid. ❤️🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰 I love the chat option as well it’s easy not alotta work and I feel like I always have gotten someone fast.”

“I’ve always had a soft spot for US Mobile and the genius that went into creating the name. It’s like I was one day dreaming that perfect dream.. You know the one! Perfect house, beautiful kids! Trophy wife named Kamil. Everything is just perfect! But one day I lost my us mobile sim card Somehow and my perfect life turned upside down and as soon as I thought that life was about to crash into the ocean.... Kamil answers the customer service request like a powerful guardian angel to make everything perfect again by the touch of a perfect finger..... 😘”

“I want to sincerely thank Kamil Khan for his incredible patience and support. I am new to US Mobile and my internet service was not working. It was not easy to resolve this issue but Kamil kept trying different strategies till we finally had it figured out. This took a lot of work and a LOT of time, but Kamil kept on working and trying til everything was sorted out. Kamil was extremely clear in his directions which I found very helpful and pleasant. I could NEVER have done this without his help and I am very thankful he had the knowledge and patience to guide me through it all! Big thumbs up!!”

“I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Kamil Khan, a Product Support Specialist for his warm and enthusiastic assistance. He solved my problem quickly and by passion. The story goes as following: I am a new student in USA and I got a sim card. However, I activated it to my friend's account by mistake, so I had to purchase a new sim card or transfer that number to my usmobile account. When I contacted the usmobile.com service by chat, Kamil Khan reached me out politely solved the issue.”

“After months of trying to find a new service provider following a horrendous divorce, and starting over from scratch - not wanting a phone contract, and having too new a phone for a couple other prepaids, I stumbled onto US Mobile...and it has been the greatest unintentional choice of service providers. My initial experience with the website was super fast and easy and I had a SIM card in 2 days. Then when I contacted a rep through the online chat for some help, I was assisted by an incredibly gracious, patient, and helpful representative, Kamil K. In just a matter of minutes I was all set and Kamil had processed a change in phone numbers so I could establish a number from an area code for ease of recall because of memory problems. Kamil - Just phenomenal customer service (especially after 20+ years as a Sprint customer)!! THANK YOU!!”
