“Hamza J. is by far the BEST customer service rep I've ever dealt with. He I had the patience of jobe! I got very flustrated trying to get my service to work he walked me through all the steps for setting up my APN. After all that trouble we found out that I made a mistake and that was why my phone wasn't working properly. After he helped me for 30 minutes giving me the APN settings and all of that he figured out what was wrong! He is the best customer service Rep I've ever worked with. US Mobile is very Blessed to have him on there team! I think he deserves a BIG Raise especially having to put up with me! LOL!”

“Zurayz is by far the BEST customer service rep I've ever dealt with. Amazingly knowledgeable and truly helpful. Answered all my questions, even the hard ones I thought wouldn't be and thus opened the door for me to become a customer. GREAT service. Thanks Zurayz. :)”

“There were some issues of running out of voice minutes and when I contacted customer service I was helped by Kamil Khan. She was able to steer me in the direction of a new plan that offers unlimited voice for $8. This seemed like the perfect solution since I was always having to add more money when I would run out of minutes. I appreciate Kamil's sincere and attentive assistance she was quite helpful.”

“Fiza Shah, in the online customer service chat, walked me through the complicated process of porting a number to a line I accidentally already generated a new number on. She fixed everything and took that previous line charges off my bill.”

“They are able to help figure out any problem 24/7!! Fiza Shah helped me get my data looked into over a chat at midnight so I could get my kids data restored and able to use their map to get home:) Super helpful to have helpers at your fingertips that truly care and want to help you figure out any problems fast!”

“I lost my data connection. Several product support specialists tried their best to help via chat and email but without success. I just called the support phone number and luckily was connected to someone named Nobel, who was very polite and professional. With his help, I got my connection back. Kudos!”

“many times I have had to call with odd problems because I use unlocked phones. these guys have NEVER failed to amaze! Just now, I believe his name is Murkesh ( I hope I have remembered) he worked SO hard and finally conquered my problem. All support people deserve a nice raise in pay and Murkesh deserves and additional bonus. i am very very happy!! Thank you so much for you tremendous successful efforts!”

“Great!..being a first time user it wasn't too hard for me to maneuver...I got help today from Kamil.......so patient and very helpful in activating my plan!....I got my starter kit a few days ago and the minute I started it their customer support was very helpful!.....Thank you!! and I highly recommend you guys!!!!!!”
