“Nobel was fantastic in helping me transfer my daughter's GSM network number/phone over to a new phone on the Super LTE. He was clear and concise. He was very easy to understand. Top customer service agent I have encountered so far (been with US Mobile for a few years now).”

“I recently moved and my cell service was no longer acceptable so last night I went to US Mobile's website and saw some interesting and simple plans. I immediately called their Customer Service number to find out more. It was 8:30 PST and Doud answered and was alert and pleasant from the start. I asked him questions about the company, the plans, the phones, coverage, networks, and he answered each question thoroughly without hesitation or pause. His knowledge base is incredible. I've been with my current provider for over ten years and never had a representative answer so quickly and accurately. I initially called just to get information but after Doud's professionalism, patience, and especially his helpfulness I ordered the starter kit and look forward to trying US Mobile's service. Reading the reviews here it looks like maybe, just maybe, US Mobile wants their employees to ACTUALLY HELP people instead of just pacify them. Thanks Doud!”

“I had a very complex problem while switching from another carrier, and Kamil Khan helped me over quite a lengthy process. Wonderfully patient and knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. The only thing I would say about the company in general is that I found the website a tad confusing as to the process, but as I said, mine was a complicated issue. That's how I happened to encounter Kamil two days in a row. Overall, very happy with my new mobile digital home!”

“Salar Ashraf provided some excellent chat service to me today, my mobile hotspot was going slow, so he did one thing on his end, it didn't help much, then tried another thing on his end and it kicked my speed from .5 mbps to 1.1-1.3 mbps, it may not seem like much but it's a big difference.”

“Nobel Abid provided me with amazing, super friendly and extremely helpful customer support. He is very knowledgeable as well. Nobel went above and beyond for me until I was completely satisfied with my requests. He definitely deserves his Chanukah, X-MAS and Kwanzaa bonus a little bit earlier this year. I truly hope he will get some recognition for making me a very satisfied customer. :)”

“I won't comment about the company just yet because I've been with them for less than a month and have had several problems. However, I will say that Nobel's service was top notch! Professional, patient, clear and easy to understand. He had a great command of the English language and was super knowledgeable in both hardware and software. He fixed my problem and never got frustrated with me or the situation. Thanks Nobel! You rock. May God bless you!”
