“I didn't have to change my plan because US Mobile's new plan gives me even more data. The representative was very helpful and helping me navigate through the website to pay my bill. I will be opening an additional line for my parent. It's been over a year and US Mobile service has been excellent. No drop calls and the data speeds have been great.”

“After a horrific time in which changing my CC info resulted in all of my lines expiring (hence 4 stars instead of 5), I wanted to thank Zain Sarwar who helped me fix not only my own mistakes, but also a prior CSR's, and get all of my line back on the plans I wanted and on autopay, in a handful of minutes. They were patient and empathetic, and resolved things quickly. Thanks Zain!”

“I had an amazing experience when working with Syed Ihsaan when trying to corrected functions that were not working on my phone. His patience, knowledge and direction was instrumental in walking me through every correction. “Thinking about switching to US Mobile and had questions regarding the plan on Amazon and if my phone would be compatible. I called and got Harris who was so kind and helpful that I have decided to try US mobile. If I love the service and all the customer service reps are as great as he is, I will stay with the company for a long time.”

“Customer Service is always amazing with this company. Agent Name : Syed Ihsaan Took excellent care of me and fixed my issue within 5 min. Pretty amazing for any cell phone carrier. Also, there are never any surprise charges when it comes time to pay the bill. I'm one happy customer!”
