“The items we purchased and used were as described. No issues there…the hardware for the roof was a bit challenging, need a stronger hand. I would have given 5 stars if the return system were different. One item we purchased was not what we ended up needing. In attempts to return, the cost is half the item’s actual cost, not feasible at all! This item could be repackaged in a box half the size it was shipped in but then it wouldn’t be in the original packaging needed for the return. In addition to the $96 shipping charge, there’s the restocking fee. It’s unfortunate the return process makes it not beneficial to even return. Not sure I’ll order here again.”

“I bought this bag cause it says it fits the Turbo R , it didn’t fit its was off 1.5 inch off form the hole - so it shouldn’t been a big deal to get a return - I hade to take pictures n measure it n send the pictures to Christy n then we talk she’s all can’t u stretch it , told her it won’t work n then she went on n on how it fits the turbo r - it was a awful experience, there’s more , I m over it really horrible customer service”

“Beware of the return policy! Just make sure you know what you are getting into in case you do need to send something back. You will pay the shipping to send it back., which in my case was $81.00 and then if you received free shipping when you purchased they will take what it would have cost them to ship it off your refund. While that is understandable you never know how much that will actually be. In my case, I had to contact them to find out what my refund amount was because I received nothing saying if my refund was processed or an amount. The charge was another $40.00 which they then took off the price before they charge tax. So you also do not get the full amount of tax that you paid back! While it may be a few dollars total it is tax you have paid for an item returned, you should be getting your full tax amount back. So about a $120.00 lesson learned. So just beware. I most definitely will not be ordering again!”

“I purchased a side curtain enclosure for a side by side RZR. The shipment was held up so ended up buying another locally because of a planned trip, As of yet I can not get anyone from your company to call me back after numerous tries.
