“Ordered a hood rack for my Polaris Ranger and got it next day... very impressed with how quick I received part and communication was a 10 from order confirmation and tracking... the part was even packaged with care.. Highly recommend”

“haven't gotten my parts yet so we'll see how that part goes, but the mobile site is very frustrating to use. the moment you switch out of their site, like checking other sites for pricing, you are logged out. every single time you leave their site you are logged out. at one point I quit trying to use it and just came back to it the next day. I put off ordering for several days for that reason alone. I have a '20 machine and there are not tons of parts available for it just yet, so many times I am checking other sites to see who has what accessory. I hate having to log back in every single time I look elsewhere. it also seems to time out and log you out after just 5-10 min inactivity, also. that's on par w/ bank or credit card sites; ease up some, folks.”
