“I was helped By I believe "Bill" His help was great he was able to make suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the product I was buying and more importantly about the application and details of the make and model I was installing it on. It was refreshing to experience good old fashioned "CUSTOMER SERVICE!" The world needs more of this type of "CUSTMER SERVICE!!!!!" If the product performs like BILL I will be happy! “I searched several videos on YouTube and many people were using UTV Direct products so I checked the web site. I quickly found what I was looking for, put the item in my cart and checkout was very simple. I also checked reviews from buyers on the UTV Direct page and all seemed satisfied with their purchase. Anxious to put my new bumper on my Ranger!!”

“Ordered a lift kit image showed axles, they sent the kit not axles. Called them walked them through the kit images. They called me back saying it was an old image. Offered no discount or anything.”
